  1. If you have at least two routes you will have a second/third page of saves which will go to the SD card, and you'll keep those. Otherwise, people have said it's possible to use savedatafiler to keep the data between versions.
  2. You'll be able to play online and get/use dlcs if your game is a .cia or .3dz (the .3dz needs a private header, but the .cia patch option deals with that for you). Updating it in-game works.
  3. Have you tried deleting everything on the Gateway microSD, then copying it all back at once? A fragmentation error should mean your .3ds files are fragmented (split up into chunks spread through the storage space rather than altogether, it happens when moving files around and the Gateway can't handle this), this is fixed by defragmenting, and the method I just described is the fastest way to do it.
  4. Yep, if you're using a Gateway, you shouldn't have a problem! You might need to set up the emunand as Japanese to buy the routes via eshop, I'm not sure, but it'll definitely work one way or another.
  5. At the beginning of Nohr chapter 8, it skips past Joker saying "Yes. It's because we're nearing the" And ends up only displaying "tribe's village." Immediately after that, he says "This coldness..." but just "This cold..." would be better since it's referring to the temperature.
  6. In Nohr chapter 7, Joker has a rogue n "nI apologize..." In the battle, Cyrus says "IIt's me, Cyrus!" And soon after that, I'd suggest "I wanted to visit but I was banned from ever returning after that" have a comma after "visit".
  7. In Nohr's chapter 7, Kamui says "D-did you give me that sword, know this would happen?" I would write that as "D-did you give me that sword knowing this would happen?" Know should be changed for sure, but I think the comma also interrupts the statement's flow.
  8. Yo, if you've got more to say, and nobody has posted anything after you, edit your original post rather than double-posting, that's a no-no.
  9. If someone repeats something, a comma is appropriate. In this case, ellipses can indicate that they trailed off "I...(silence)...I can't do that." A comma indicates stammering, nervously repeating a word rather than trailing off "I, (typical comma-length pause) I will fight too." A hyphen would be used if they were stuttering, "I-I (no pause at all) will fight too."
  10. Hmm, I'm not sure. I used Title Manager to uninstall BFZJ, then reinstalled the new patched .cia. My DLC is still there -- I can select the third path. I didn't even need to reinstall it, and those of the old save files which were in the SD card slots are also still there.
  11. There shouldn't be any difference between the the DLC on a .3ds or a .cia, far as I know (The DLC works for me with a Gateway, American Emunand, and the game installed as a .cia). But you would probably prefer to make it either a .cia or an (injected with a personal header) .3dz rather than a .3ds, so you can play online.
  12. Yes, absolutely. A .3dz injected with a personal header is also fine for online and spotpass.
  13. Now I remember that the DLCs won't work on a non-Japanese console/Gateway method of patching, so I really don't know what I'm talking about, argh!
  14. The second time I used the patcher, it crashed for me at that exact moment three times before it worked (the first time patching, it crashed once, then worked)...so at least keep trying...probably?
