  1. I know it is, but unfortunately there's not much you can do about. I've heard turning on Handicap in an Online Battle against a player who has a lower or significantly higher power level than yours can help, and I have to say that it has helped me in a few situations, but I have yet to encounter a foe like the three Phoenix has.But this is where we as a community all come in and figure out a way to stop it. I've already provided the information on how it works, now we just need a plan.
  2. Oh, hey there! :D That's funny you mention that because there's an online team running around that has 4 Kamuis without the blue shields and the 5th unit is Arete. One Kamui is a Dark Knight that uses Brynhildr and Siegfried, another is a Malig Knight with Brynhildr, the third one is a Paladin with Siegfried and Omega Yato, and the last one is a Bow Knight with Fujin Yumi, Raijinto, and Omega Yato. Here's the video incase you've watched it or not Poor Phoenix
  3. After some extensive research, I have finally discovered how hacking stats actually works. For those who use homebrew, this hack uses the FEFTwiddler. For those who don't know what this is, it's essentially the same as the cheats provided in PowerSaves, but in a whole other level. The UI is also very clean. Thanks to a new friend I recently made on YouTube who posts small and simple hack videos that run off the FEFTwiddler, the stat hacking is done by altering a character's hex values. Doing this can also allow any unit to use character-specific weapons. So for example, if you wanted to make an Heirs of Fate team, then it is possible to allow Shiro to use Raijinto, Kiragi to use Fujin Yumi, Siegbert to use Siegfried, and Forrest to use Brynhildr by simply altering their hex values. Now I'm hex value illiterate, so I won't know what I'm doing if I tried. I also don't have a homebrewed 3DS... yet... But when I do, I'd appreciate if someone could guide me or something like that. Especially with the homebrewing process (I might use basehaxx). I'd also like to point out that I WILL NOT be using characters with hacked stats to mess with people online. The main reason I wanted to find out how this hack worked is so I can find out how to stop it, but also play around with it for the sake of my own amusement. Thanks for reading this!
  4. Isn't it so much fun to make a character something it's not? I've been taking requests on Instagram for some odd class changes like for example making Elise a Nohrian King or Mozu a Silent Dragon (I don't recommend the 2nd one). Feel free to check some of them out www.instagram.com/kamui_of_valla
  5. Hmm, I agree. I mean the people of SF are pretty smart. If you remember, there was fan translation patch for FEif and from what I've seen, it's pretty spot on. When it comes to Fates, I know my way around it, especially with PowerSaves, which I use to speed things up and sometimes mess around, like for example making a Nohrian King Elise or Silent Dragon Mozu (I don't recommend the 2nd one). When it comes to homebrew, that is beyond my knowledge. All I know are simple mods like certain NPCs and villains being playable, the Gay Fates Hack, and a convoy editor. But this stat hack is quite unique. I thought there would be some homebrew hack for stat modifying, but I never thought it would be this insane.
  6. I had a theory about this strange hack. This hack came out when the new Class Editor codes came out for PowerSaves, allowing for example the avatar to become a Nine-tails or a Wolfssegner and reach S-rank in stones. http://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=64739&page=1 My theory was that if I capped the stats of a promoted unit and use my PowerSaves to make the unit unpromoted, I could in some way obtain this hack. Sadly, that was not the case and I ended having the capped stats of the unpromoted class. But I agree with everyone. This is getting out of hand and many people are finding out how to do this. It could be PowerSaves, it could be homebrew, I'm not sure, but I'll continue to look deep into this and notify via SF thread how this works as soon as I find out.
  7. So it seems like there's more than one person who knows about this hack. Not only is it from the current #1 ranked castle in Fates, but I was watching this video from Phoenixmaster1 on YouTube, and this hacker that he went up against online by the name of 'Nintendo' seemed to be using PowerSaves hacks and very likely homebrew hacks, the same one from the #1 castle. Here's the link to the video: We need to get to bottom of this because it looks like this hack is starting to become viral
  8. Hey, water under the bridge. It's cool, we all make mistakes. Yeah, that's the problem. FE14's anti-cheat/anti-hack system, from what I've heard, isn't exactly the best. You use for example a Ryoma as a Ninetails with a Beaststone+ +7 and you get shadowbanned, but if you use a Takumi with a +63 Pursuer, you're fine. Sad to say, but honestly I don't think Nintendo will step in and ban anyone any time soon. But like I said, it would be nice to find a way to stop this, even if it is like you said unstoppable :/
  9. Apology accepted, good sir. I saw on Twitter that, from what I'm seeing, you think I'm the hacker with the crazy stats. I guess we both misunderstood each other. Nah, I don't want to be like this guy, rather I want to find out how he or she is doing it so it can be stopped. I wanna have a good time when playing online. Yeah, I'm aware I would need homebrew. I've been thinking about using my old 3DS to do so, but idk. Probably not any time soon
  10. What I meant by that was that people would visit this guy's castle and recruit one, if not all, of the super op units and use them online. Like I mentioned before, I almost faced a super op Fuga if wasn't for my terrible internet disconnecting me from the match. For once, my bad internet did something good...
  11. Whoa whoa whoa! No need for name calling. I deeply apologize for calling you rude. MAJOR misunderstanding! That was in no way ever my intention. I didn't fully understand what you were saying up to this point. My sincere and humble apologies, my good sir. But now I understand what you're telling me, I understand the reason to these unreleased hacks. Yes, I have access to PowerSaves, but I don't abuse it. I don't go around using +7 S-ranked weapons. I use it to speed things up like level grinding, or support grinding, or weapon forging, or sometimes to mess around with the game, but nothing gamebreaking. I've bought every DLC that's come out, so I'm still giving credit to the developers. Once again, I am incredibly sorry for upsetting you in any way and I apologize for not understanding 100% of what you were telling me. I hope we can put water under the bridge.
  12. I'm sorry, dude, I think you lost me there... Some things you're saying is throwing me off
  13. Well that's just rude :/ I'm sure there will be some person sooner or later who will be able to "crack the code" (ba dum ts) Sorry for the bad pun :P
  14. I think I understand what you're saying. So do you think this guy will reveal his codes to the public soon? Because his My Castle is currently ranked #1 in the US copy of Fates with 999999 Battle Points and 999999 Visit Points (obviously hacked) with units having insane stats that cause mayhem on online Wi-Fi Battles
  15. What do you mean by "unreleased"? (Also may I just add that it is honor to be in your presence. Love the content you post on YouTube :D)
