  1. It works for you? I tried it earlier actually before your suggestion, it just crashes says it stopped responding everytime i try to bring up its keyboard.
  2. Anyone know why the virtual keyboard won't work? I need it to type the stuff in app like user name and such, I've switched off the hardware detection and enabling it on memu's settings before, it worked before this version, did something change? Or is it because of the this newer microG? Using 5.1 for rerference.
  3. Hey @mental_offence I have a problem, and was hoping if you know what it is. I logged into my pc today and start up the instance which has the microG ova and where my FE heroes is installed and then all of a sudden I see this: It seems like its only this instance and not another one and its not just that android process but ALL apps stopped working on this microG ova instance, do you know what the problem could be?

I'm trying to save link my nintendo account through Memu but it keeps saying "failed to link nintendo account if you have multiple apps open close them etc", I didnt use the built in browser, I tried using both Chrome and firefox but dont seem to work. Does anyone know the problem? I'd like to link asap since I had pretty good rerolls.

Played through recently, up to chapter 1 and gotta say I liked the differences in the scenes, Valter's conversation was extended and other things like Eirika actually reacting like a person to her father's imminent demise and by extension the kingdom. I think I have some better grasp now on some feedback because typing about Valter just made me remember something that had always bugged me in the vanilla game. During boss battles especially between Caellach and Joshua those were pretty cool and insightful in a sense, maybe you can leave those but people like Valter and maybe any other bosses I thought lacked those conversations between certain characters unlike in FE7. I know Valter doesn't say anything to Seth again during that later encounter, and my first time I was kinda surprised considering what happened in the beginning. So was wondering if you were able to add any other extra boss dialogue's like joshua's and Caellach. I'm not too sure on the others on who would have something to say but Valter I can imagine he'd have lots to say perhaps, I always figured Gerik and Caellach would have something to say since they were big time mercenaries but yeah hopefully if you can find something to work with on that, if not these changes are pretty interesting.
  6. Yeah gotta agree with this, and if being taken into account, how would it work? I think the support limit is only 3 max (A,B,C) no S rank support like in awakening that determined a pair. So for instance the Joshua and Ephraim thing you mentioned, that A rank support is what makes them into a pair right? Or is there some way to still keep things platonic but still keep the A rank bonus and all that.
  7. This entire thing you're doing sounds great I'll be trying it out myself sometime soon. Probably the only feedback I can give for now is, if you do have time for it maybe give personal skills to the characters on the gameplay aspect otherwise this would be a good replay of FE8 again.
  8. Nice, skills for FE8 I started it just now, I got to the escape chapter, and noticed eirika's rapier doesn't do class damage bonus to infantry when fighting the boss like it would have. Is this intentional? Or an oversight that needs to be fixed?
  9. Nice, yes this fixed those music and female hero problems thanks! the lag is the main one but when you sort it out everything will be aces. I don't know what other problems the patch might have since I probably haven't explored every class yet or Eirika's route and I'm only up to Grado keep at the time of this typing but if there is any other issues I find, I'll post it up.

Ah alright, thanks Kobazco,I loaded a later save game, Ephraim's chapter with selena and yeah if the HP bars and speech bubbles are the problem then later chapters will definitely have this problem a lot with the lag, maybe remove the speech bubbles altogether? Since there dosen't seem to be much in the way of speaking recruiting or missing out on people like FE7 or FE6. EDIT: Amelia's female hero sprite has a bit of a problem as well, when she has the hand axe equipped and uses it the animation isn't the right one she uses the ranged sword animation like when equipped with light brand.
  11. Nope your not the only one, I'm also having that problem, adding to Forde, Neimi and Lute's battle music switches to special boss battle music. Also when I began chapter 8, there was cursor and map sprite lag, basically when you select a unit and select a place you want them to move, their map movement sprite is slow when usually its well you know pretty instant. its not game breaking per se but it IS annoying, now this one I hope its not just me either.

First time playing and its great job so far :) the Lendsecht class was a pretty great addition - spear and sword wielding ground unit like on of those fast armored foot type knights (yes!) and other interesting variations like the gryphon riders and paladin mages all sweet. Just a suggestion for making those promotions a bit more balanced perhaps for next time? Since we have all this variety now, so that among choices one is not always going to be such an obvious choice over the other - I'm thinking you could give locked single weapon classes +15 crit bonus like helberdiers since now you have the lendsecht which can use lances as well to keep them on a similar advantage for promotion classes, I'm not sure if you gave snipers the bonus but I think that should be a given considering the advantages of its other counterparts. Hmm thats it really, when it comes to that just always figured those single weapon classes should always get those bonuses just to give incentive to go that way, probably you could factor it in with the magic classes as well. Bug wise I've got nothing to report from reading a few above, but then again I haven't personally been in the same conditions as the other guys (disarmed characters, etc..) but if those are the issues in those situations then yeah they should probably get checked up. Other than that, thank you for sharing this with us and hopefully you stick to it, its been a fun 11 chapters.

Oh wow I'd definitely try this, after playing FE7 I went to 6 and well felt disconnected with it probably because it felt like a lack of continuity or the characters didn't really interact as much but then again 7 DID come after 6, but I like how it seems your going to add some bridging stuff to make it feel more connected to 7 so thats a pretty neat idea by itself. Are you also planning on changing all the mugs? I see Lilina had a mug change that kind of surprised me, and Eliwood? or is that supposed to be 20ish old eliwood? Either way i hope not all the mugs get changed, it would take some getting used to, from what I've seen them originally but on that note I actually like some of the others like dorothy and Allen (Allen I actually like this version he looks pretty badass). Probably one of the mugs from the top of my head, that I'd like kept is probably Hugh,he looks smug and curious like that and still somehow manages to resemble Canas, goes well with his personality, he's a funny guy. Another thing I you mentioned dropping characters? You mentioned in an earlier Karel being dropped? while I really did like Karel, I understand your reasoning but how would this now affect supports and support conversations? or your just gonna scrap that as well? Someone else above mentioned just maybe having karel in the village to give you something nice instead if your going through with it, once you reach Brenya's map. Also are you planning on changing anything support related? like the bonuses, adding more or removing conversations etc. Uggh too many questions! XD but I'll leave these here for now, happy to see this in the making and in the same kind of system as FE7x.
