A game only sells well when the publishers push sales with good marketing and distribution... I don't think Echoes got even close to the same treatment that Awakening and Fates got in terms of trying to hype people up. I'm sure Nintendo knows perfectly well how Echoes was going to fare in terms of sales. I wouldn't get dramatic about the fate of the franchise just yet.
Sales aren't great, but I think it's fine for a remake that came out of nowhere. It was obviously never meant to sell as much as "mainline" fire emblem games.
I don't see the game hitting 230k on week 2. Sales drop off like 75% after first week. I feel like it'll take ~2 months to reach 230k JP sales.
Is there a limit to inheriting skills, outside of using up SP? Like, can I feed a ton of skills to one unit, then get to pick which skills to equip?
(Sorry if this has been answered before ;_;)
I haven't been leveling up my characters at all, so even getting the 3* Ursula was a struggle!
5* Lv.35 Camilla, 5* Lv. 32 Fae, 4* Lv. 34 Robin, and 3* Lv.28 Oboro.
FE: Awakening was the first (and only) Fire Emblem game for a lot of people. She was kind of the front and center female character for it. The Smash bump also contributed a lot to it.
i didn't have the time to enter last year, so i really want to try this year! unfortunately, i forgot drawing more than one character means it takes waaaay more time. :( hopefully i can get this in on time, haha.
It's really hard for me too! It took me such a long time to get used to it, partly because I was too afraid of it looking bad. I suggest using real people as references to help you out.
Thank you! Soejima has a very distinctive art style.
Long time no see thread... I should update! I resized these since they are actually huge, haha. Feel free to click on them for full size.
Camilla!
Ewan & Saleh!
PM64 and TTYD are probably some of my favorite games of all time.
I would be so hype about the possibility of this game but after SPM and Sticker Star, I'm hesitant. ;(
