Is it just me running into this problem or is the actual editor not in that dropbox link anymore?

I'm looking for a patch that counters weapon weight by half of a unit's Str but I can't find it. I know for sure that I used it a long time ago but I don't remember how I found it. Does anyone else have this or can at least confirm i'm not crazy and that it for sure exists somewhere? I know the patch is used in the FE4 Binary hack and a couple other old hacks. Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this question it just seemed like the most appropriate area to ask.

I can confirm that doesn't work. Playable units still lock at 30. I'm looking for a way to get rid of that 30 lock.

Time to ask an important question, are you able to see growths?

I just need to know if it's possible to lift the secondary cap of 30 off of player units. Enemies don't have caps and can go above 30, I need to know how to get rid of this cap on your units.

Both the Nightmares really don't like .sfc files. It's a shame cause they are way easier to find.

Yeah, what I want to do is change some character's minor holy blood to major holy blood.

I've been messing around with Genealogy using Nightmare and a hex editor. One things that i've wanted to mess around with was static characters holy blood but, unfortunately, I don't know how to. In the hex editors i've gone to the place that I believe is where you'd edit the holy blood of these characters, but it doesn't work. I assume it's cause they're just completely fixed, but i wanted confirmation from people who actually know what they are doing. If it is possible to edit static character holy blood, I would like an explanation on how to do so. And maybe, if they exist, a link to nightmare modules for editing the static character holy blood to make it easier and quicker. Thank you ahead of time.
