  1. Yeah I meant Character.nmm, sorry about that well Im not to sure then. You might have to edit the character blocks but Im not how in the world to do that. I had thought fefates-tools had support editing. Maybe its another module? UnassumingVenusaur might actually have a guide up of that on her tumblr.
  2. Take the gamedata.bin from the gay hack and open it with fefates-tools, it uses a program called nightmare. In there open the characters.nmm (module) and from there I I believe you should be able to either add options or replace options. Also the amiibo dudes unlike Lucina dont have a hair color for whatever reason so if you want to pair them up with someone and it would make a kid (other then Shigure cus hes a special snowflake) theyed have grey hair. You can simply change their hair colors in the save editor. I just copied Lucinas hair color for Marth and Ike and Niles's for Robin.
  3. Ohana is only displaying the damaged texture because it cant layer the two texture files together. The top texture is displayed over and is annoyingly transparent. To help with that I simply made a new layer filled it in a solid color and made it the bottom layer. Then deleted it when I wanted to re save the image as png. Lighter colors work better for the overlay image and black is best for the base image. Ohana is just displaying the background as black. Idk whats with the transparency though. Animal crossing has that too with the villager models but when ignoring that and importing a full opacity image they look fine in game. Maybe it has something to do with storage or ram optimization idk. And drats with being unable to import awaking models. Actually just importing any models at all would be hilarious. Make Garon thomas the tank engine, chu chu mutherfuckers
  4. Help why does Ohana do this?? I used the bch texture replacer tool but then when I drop the newly saved bch file into the archive tool it extracts the rights textures, although the preview for the folder the images are messed up with the parts that arnt showing up on the model are yellow. But going into the folder fixes that so idk. oh and when exporting the 3d model with Ohana then opening it up is photoshop the model is like way bigger I think idk cus the exported texture file was like tiny when I tried to import it has the model texture. Or maybe I didn't do it right idk
  5. Well, they dont have shields is the thing. Ive seen some other people who have boss characters you can recruit due to them lacking shields. Unless its coded specifically to the characters themself, then damn :/ and yeah Im gonna take out those puppets, I forgot about those things.
  6. So started playing Birthright and I figured I should post here; WHO WANTS RECRUITABLE AMIIBO??!!!! CUS IVE GOT THAT! Castle name: Sieze4Amiibo Resources: Rice and Lapis Units are all on hold with none on throne The amiibo are currently at lv 15/16 and In addition to the first two skills of their classes they have Ike: Counter and counter magic Lucina: Steal Skill (Which Im planning on having her pass down to Caeldori fyi, thank you UnassumingVenusaur for your marriage expansion patch~) Marth: Gamble Robin: Vantage Anybody know if personal skills are tied to save files or the actual game rom? Cause I was wanting to give them some personal skills which should be doable by just editing their character block but idk if I can do that with just my save file. I also have some good skills on some other units Like death blow on Takumi, MU, and Kaden. This is gonna change though gradually as Im only on chapter 12 so far. Once I get the child units expect Anna!Mitama, Hinoka!Shigure, Scarlet!Shiro, and Avatar!Asugi so you can have some cracked out shield units. And let me know if the amiibo from me can use heart seals or not cus UV gave them some alternate classes.
  7. You need to redownload the homebrew starter pack (Or just HANS) is all and the latest release of braindump, I believe as the 9.6 crypto thing was fixed apparently. You can also use decrypt9 to decrypt the game in your nintendo3ds folder itself. Then youll be able to dump it and such. Thats what I did a while ago and I had no problems come up as a result
  8. Dumb the game with braindump (or get one off that iso site, that'd be quicker if your looking to do ntr non code relevant file replacement like model and texture editing) then decrypt the rom. Its what you have to have to do already if you're going to play the gay+ patch in HANS. The game files though are difficult to navigate and I dont think anyone's made a map of sort. Bu contains class, character face, and their corresponding textures. Alot of character specific things are in japanese though like their supports. You'll need o use fire emblem archive tool to get into the LZ files and the you can recompress them back into LZ files using a program like batch. Ohana3ds can be used to edit the models but Im having some trouble with it corrupting the textures as you can see a few pages back. Another note on the models, there is two sets of files corrisponding to one model. uDres_F_load_low1_0.bch is the name of the nohr princess model and then uDres_F_load_low1_0_cl0n_P.bch contains the texture data. Theres also at 3 of those cl0n files that are A,E, and P. A is the texture for ally units which use green. E is the texture for enemy units which are red. and P is the texture for part members which are blue. Sometimes youll find cl1n_p_, cl2n_p_, ect which are the textures some characters use as an enemy before becoming an ally (Like Kaze, Rinkah, ect) At least I think. Could also just be extra varients that were considerd at some point but were never used for whatever reason. The female ninja class ally texture has that situation going on. Cl0n had some of the ribbons grey as oposed o cl1n in which they were orange and thats how the file is in game.
  9. did you have to reformat your 3ds? If so that means your nand now has a diferent personal id which is used in the nintendo 3ds folder. All systems have their own personal encrypted one so you cant just copy an eshop game off your sd card and then give it to your friend. You can easily get your original nand id back using decrypt9 by injecting your first nand backup as an emunand and dumping the two seed files off of it then injecting those into sysnand.

Head over here for info on homebrew, you dont need it though to just do save editing (Though I would totally recommend to go all out with luna3ds cfw arm9loaderhax if you can cus then you can do like anything.) Powersave backs up every save file. Go to GBATemp in the 3ds section for a fef save editor. Idk about changing the class you picked when making your avatar but you can simply reclass desired characters to it. With characters like Anna changing there heart seal options requires rom hacking
  11. not sure about your later questions but for 3ds emulation, kinda not really? Theres Citra but it barley runs 3ds launch games at half regular frame rate. Fates as this 9.6 crypto thing which might mean it wont run on firmware below that (Physical cart come with that update on them so even if you dont have current net access you can still play) You can try though. I believe awaking runs on it. If you dont how to get homebrew up go to 3dshacks on reddit. The two stickied threads have all you need.

I guess something else I could do would be edit the already existing unique texture the characters have but that would mean Niles would have to stay outlaw/ adventure and... if Rinkah even uses a unique model/ texture for any class then those. Would also need to reconfigure out the model uses an image file. The way it is now you cant make anything new like pants for Camillia by extended her bikini bottoms with the paintbrush tool. The main texture files arnt actually transparent, theyre on a black ground so only specified parts of the image are used making it only possible to recolor them. Im hoping that can be change with just the model data and its not a game coding thing. I doubt it cus thats highly impractical but Idk this game is wild. Update- K so got the game to load up an edit of Nile's face texture. His face flickered for about 2 seconds then my game crashed! So fuck that whole idea, the Bae and Rinkah are just gonna have to stay pasty cus I have no idea what Im doing. Speaking of having no idea what Im doing; in my effort to give pants to those in need this happend (Uh, about the bae- tried to save file edit those Dark crown and Hoshido crown accessories the other day, loaded it game said im missing dlc content and ot will be deleted if I proceed, proceed to find the hoshido crown disappeared but the dark crown I guess became the toga of love but it just uses the bath towel model. So now thats in my save) I cant breath oh my god! I did a simple edit of the norian female skin texture coloring over the legs thinking it'll make it look like nohrian woman have some damn pants on but I guess what I edited isn used as the /base layer/ skin texture used even though thats the model+ texture used when nohrian female units are stripped by raider weapons and sophie. This is texture file I edited and replaced the original one with using ohana Thats how ohana displayed the model with new texture granted but I thought that was just ohana acting weird but guess not. I tried editing another class texture as well but it did the same sorta thing with half of it becoming transparent. Am I doing something wrong?
  13. Anybody familiar with texture and model editing? I tried making a custom skin texture for Niles to use so he'll be not white in his model, planning to do that for Rinkah as well but Im playing conquest so Niles is more convenient. Yet my game crashes when I try and load his model up with NTR. Only his model and Ive got the gay+ patch going on NTR so thats all set up correctly. For those who dont know and for the sake of documentation; how the texture and model system works (Possibly a few other things maybe?) is that each character has an ID number and their files specific to them have that id number in them. (Face, hair, ect) Exp, the regular male outlaw texture and model files are 'uBody_M_roge_0.bch' for the model and 'uBody_M_roge_0_cl0n_A/E/P.bch' for the texture with the letters varying on if its applied to an Ally unit, enemy unit, or player unit. Character specific models and textures (you may know how Elise wears her cute princess dress as a strategist but Felicia will just wear the generic class outfit with shorts and lack of cute pink hearts) have that ID at the end of it. Problem Im having is trying to add a unique texture for a single character to use in a model. Whats weird is that in Fates the class outfit textures are separate files from the skin textures were the skin texture loads as the bottom layer unlike in awaking were the whole body is one texture file except for the face. (Remember back in Awaking when you promoted Vaike to a berserker only for him to look like his son in a lot of peoples games some scrawny nerd? Yeah I guess thats because Basilio and his 'brown Feroxi arse' use the beefed up model for that class IS like forgot to make a separate white boy texture for it or something) And yet despite this the skin textures only have two variants per gender (Technically all the swimsuits are skin textures but whatever, same base) So is there a naming problem? I also tried with out the first file listed (which is literally just a renamed copy of the male skin model cus I saw other characters had a separate model file to match with their texture file even if the model its self isnt any different) Would I actually have to go in and edit the character block data? Hoping not, uhg

Cus I rekted that in Awaking not really and that was my 100% save for that game so Id feel it fitting for Revelations
  15. Those should be in your extra data folder on the sd card in fates folder You can also always use save data manager or something like that too. Question, how would I go about changing which model a class uses? The Nohr noble class for females, on Kanna at least, makes me... uncomfortable. Id much prefer the adventurer outfit. And on the topic, would it be possible to give a character a separate specific model only they use for a class? I sorta want Camilla in her malig knight outfit cus the wyvern knight outfit dosnt show her tits is rather clunky and I dont feel like that fits her personality yet I dont want Beruka in that
