The big thing that got me disappointed in the FEH pass is that the QoL updates are locked in it. I do hope that this doesn't start a trend where such QoL updates are only locked to the subscribers.

So what's the cutoff to promote to T21? 3700?

Anyone knows what the current cutoff is to get into tier 20? And the cutoff to stay in 20? I got 4860 and it wasn't enough to get me to tier 20. Which was a shock, since I was able to get into tier 20 with 4854 2 weeks ago.

Wondering what A skill I should give to an Adult Tiki that I'm building. GIven that I don't have any spare B!Ikes lying around I can't quite give her Steady Breath. In that case, which is better: Close Defense or Steady Stance? Should I run Bonfire, or Ignis? My Tiki is +Atk, -Spd.

Since when do you play this game? On launch week, but not on launch day. I was waiting for the game to reach my country, but it never came... So I just went online and looked for the apk. How did you get introduced into this? Through the forums here. On which kind of device do you play it? My Android phone. Is it your first mobile game? As a F2P player, I'm not too concerned about the natures of my 5*, unless a 4* variant is available. On 4* and below, yes. Since 20k feathers is a pretty significant investment, I only promote 4* units with the best stat natures to 5*. Who did you promote to 5* first? Probably Zephiel. Three characters you haven't pulled yet, but want to so badly? Hector, Kagero, Brave Lucina. Who's your favorite character gameplaywise? Reinhardt. What's your preferred team (four units)? What's your opinion of seasonal banners? They're fine, but I would like for the characters in these banners to be added into the character pool rather than being just temporary. How stingy are you with all your orbs? I'm constantly out of orbs. Have you ever had a moment while you couldn't do anything because you were out of stamina portions and orbs? No. Have you ever invested real money in this game? No. Do you try to beat as many time limited quests as possible? Yes. Do you usually give bonus levels to your units? If I get dupe 5*, I usually merge them. Do you care for Gauntlets? Not really. Do you care for skill optimizing? Yes. I try to optimize my units as much as possible. Do you try to get all the rewards in the Tempest Trials? Yes. How often do you play the arena? Every day, for the daily quest. Do you use the training tower aside of fulfilling side quests? Yes. I use it to train my units to level 40. Are there any things from this game you would like to see returning in a regular FE game? No. How would you rank the game overall from 0 to 10? 9. Will you play more mobile games in the future? Unless this game shuts down, nope.

I generally train 1 copy of the 4* version to LV40 - when their GHB rolls around again, I will have an easier time finishing the quests that come with them. I've promoted Michalis, Zephiel, Xander, Camus, Valter and Arvis to 5* since I felt that they were some of the best units for a F2P player like me. The spare copies are rotting in my barracks though...

On Ayra being on a separate banner, yeah that's a dick move. She could have been in the same banner as the other 3, putting her in the Tempest Trials banner is a blatant cash grab. Even worse is how she was placed in a banner with Eldigan to mess with your chances of getting her. On the issue of powercreep, at this point in time, I still think that the level of powercreep we experienced in the game is still acceptable. For a gacha game like this to survive for a long time, new skills have to be released, and new metas have to be formed in order to keep gameplay refreshing. There is no point in having units be carbon copies of each other, with similar stats and skills. Remember when Seth is released, and pretty much everyone's disappointed with him? Yeah, I will prefer to have stronger units that are introduced. So far, I find that other than Reinhardt and Brave Lyn, there haven't been any other characters that have been particularly game breaking. I highly doubt that Ayra will be as game breaking as the previous two I mentioned, even with her stats, legendary weapon, and exclusive skill. I don't see her playing any other role that cannot be fulfilled by another unit in the game.

I will say gacha games are relatively similar to card games in real life. Similarly, you spend money to buy booster packs, but even if you spend a ton of money there's a chance that you won't get the card you want. Is it unethical then, for shops to continue selling card games?

Sending home every 1* character I had. Would have really liked another Gunter for Hone Cavalry, or Hana for Life and Death. Feeding GHB characters for skills. I fed a F! Robin to Xander (I think) for Ignis, and an Ursula to Reinhardt for Death Blow 2. I had a Klein lying around, but I wanted to keep at least one of every hero.

For my +Spd, -HP Summer Corrin, will it be better to give her Fury for her A skill? Or to keep Swift Strike? She has Desperation and I do plan to give her Blarblade+ eventually. For my +Atk, -Spd Brave Roy, what will be a good B skill for him? Desperation doesn't seem to be all that good on him, since he only has 31 speed. I'm planning to give him Fury, so Quick Riposte doesn't seem like a good skill to give him either.

Just joined Team Ike, and wtf, Camilla already has 3x points on Ike? Really now?

Now that team Lyn has fallen, what should I do next? Roll with Ike, and attempt to overthrow Camilla? Or watch the world burn by Camilla's side?

Hit a score of 4800! Rank 3804 in tier 19 as of now. Hopefully this is enough to get me into tier 20 for the first time.

Might have to pass on this banner... I'm left with few orbs to spare after dumping them all into the Hero Fest, plus I'm still hoping to get Summer Corrin to build a Flier Emblem team.

4552 at Arena Assault, with a couple of deaths. Current rank at 4251. Hopefully this is enough for me to stay in top 10k.
