A bit late but I just finished the hack. Overall, I had a good deal of fun with it. Staffs were a godsend, and being able to buy siege tomes really helps out with the end game. The penultimate chapter with the Druids having lunging Mire reminds me of something out of Fates. There are a few amusing bugs I need to report when I have the time. I'll post the videos as soon as I can.

Ooo. This one is easy If we are only taking bases into account I'd say Geitz and are we including FE6 Bartre? He would be my only other choice. Slow as can be but he follows the 'fighter/warrior' niche to the tee in that game. HP in the fourties, 20 str, and a decent axe and bow rank if I recall? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The other choices might as well be MIA's.

Throwing my two cents. Gerik- Arguably the best. Good bases, con, and comes with a promotion item to boot. Dieck- Another good base merc, though his growth rates are a bit Jaigen. Get used to looking at that ten speed for a while. Echidna- Super biased love for her design aside, she's meh. Also IS are bastards for giving her a steel axe with 9 con. Oujay- Uhhhh Oujay... Well if you want to raise 'em. There's the islands. Suffers from the same low con as Echidna though. Raven- Raven is secretly a gambler. Unfortunately the RNG likes to play with fixed dice. Harken- Why is there no love for Harken? Especially Hard Mode Harken? What you want Karel? Get outta here!

I love the editing in Part 17. For those few viewers out there, if there was even a sliver of emotional investment, it was gone in a instant. I love edgelord Fern.
