    Excluding Roy, since he is the main unit, I'd probably go with Lugh, Chad, Sue, Clarine, Noah, Lilina, Wendy, Ogier, Fir, Gonzales, Tate, Klein and Miledy. Maybe Sophia or Raigh. This team by far is not the most optimal but its the one I used on my first playthrough and usually is my go to team.
