I feel for you. That's my worst fear on this banner when if pity rate goes up. I've used about 50 orbs on this banner so far, 30 of which were today after doing some of the August quests and stuff. Shooting primarily for Corrin, with also doing greens for Elise and maybe Xander. Nothing good but a 5* Roderick that broke my pity rate. He's -HP +res, and I really don't care about him, nor do I feel like killing him off for his lance or skills right now. (I already had 2 4* ones if I ever really needed it). I guess I'll train him as an extra unit, and at least my pity rate was only up to 3.5%. Oh well, hopefully some more log ins and the tempest orbs will give me something better. I need that Corrin in my life.

Well I'm pretty surprised then. I really never get the impression he's very popular. Maybe it's my own bias, since he seemed like the least standout royal in Fates, and I don't see half the art and stuff of him as Xander or the other male royals. :/

That's what's been said for Leo every time so far. I just can't see him beating Xander in popularity at all. Though perhaps with well placed multipliers he could pull it off in an upset. (He couldn't in the mage gauntlet, but maybe now with the bigger multipliers)

Elise it was certainly closer, but I'd still say Priscilla had a few more supporters. On the boys side, Leo seems more popular here too, doesn't he? Cause he's probably going down round 1 as well.

Ephraim, Minerva, Julia (followed by Robin to spite Tharja after she went down), and Priscilla all seemed most popular here in their respective gauntlets.

That too. I mean we should know by now that Serenes favorites always lose.

This. I expected her to get bodied by robin, though maybe not as heavily as she is. Don't really care though, I'm fine getting those multiplier boosts and can just jump to Robin later. Now Elise I'm a little more surprised about since she won last gauntlet, but I guess busty avatar waifu Corrin > loli secondary character. Gaius over Fredrick also seemed as clear as Xander over Leo. Wonder if we'll see any point multiplier upsets this time around.

Well when you get around to it, you won't be disappointed. I don't run a dancer super often with her, but when I do, can you say 3 consecutive kills in one turn with Galeforce + dance in Tempest? It's madness. Even at max HM I can't stop using her every Tempest since it lets me rest my brain while I play just trashing multiple enemies left and right with her. I hope Aversa shows up as a GHB and a red mage flier. I think she'd be a good fit as a GHB unit and that'd let everybody have easy access to a type of unit that's been relatively exclusive all this time.

Big Sis > Tiny Hands. Same dream team for me but switching Catria for Cordelia. But Catria, Hinoka and Beruka will be fully built up to swap in as needed! I like too many fliers lol I'm still hoping for Corrin. S Camilla and S Corrin on the same team is gonna be so fun. And when Aversa finally hits as a red flier mage hopefully? Flier emblem is gonna be super fun. I'm pretty hyped for him. He looks like another good and fun flier to have. Blue fliers are just so loaded with good options (with varying Si intensity needed). Man you better get to it. Even my humble +def -res Cordelia has put in far more than her share of work for me, from arena to tempest. She's just so great. QP Galeforce in tempest is the sickest thing, by the way.

Man, that sounds pretty nice. I really need a good Palla in my life. And Hinoka too. Hinoka, my Hoshidan wife, where are you? Why won't you come home? And maybe like 2 of you too so I can give somebody else Hone Fliers too I'm never gonna get to really do flier emblem am I.

I'm jelly, 'cause all my Pallas have been lame -atk or -spd so they all got thrown away for Moonbow fodder. (and that neutral freebie one too..) I don't even have a red flier. :( I probably should have saved that neutral one.. (Ok I lied, but I'm sorry Caeda I don't like you enough to 5* and SI you with those stats)

It just feels like that's ALL she's good for with that build and it makes me sad to see her stuck in such a niche role. Is it really that effective overall? Every time I run into a flier emblem team in arena and she's running the Emerald Axe+/DC/QR build she's like a non-threat to me so maybe I get a bad impression of it. I'm never gonna not be salty about her attack stat, IS. :(

I need to pray for more Hectors. I really want to make a DC Titania (since I don't really like Cecilia all that much), and I have 1 extra Hector. But Beruka, Camilla, Titania and a couple other units are all begging for DC at the same time. I think I'm gonna give it to Beruka since she needs it the most to do decently, so my Camilla and Titania will continue to get dusty.. I kinda don't like the Camilla anti-mage DC build though. But since I finally have a +atk Cherche waiting to be upgraded I can't justify turning her into a Death Blow Cherche knock off anymore like I had planned to.

Yeah I just saw that and thought it was pretty cool. He usually points out how impractical fantasy/game weapons are, so it's interesting somebody actually shaped one up to be more realistically usable. (Also neat to see somebody else here that watches his videos) It sure is funny-looking to see such a slim Armorslayer.

Pretty much same here. I have enough 5* units in total but only like half are good and been worked on. The rest are vanilla and/or just suck as units.

Sure there is. To spook your pulls on red. They demoted mostly who I expected, though I too thought Saber might go down. I didn't picture them lowering either Sonya or Delthea, they seemed pretty obvious to keep as 5*, and Gray with his skill made me think he'd stay too. I don't care about Leon, but I'm really glad Mathilda went down. Even if she's not that amazing besides for Cancel Affinity, I'm happy I have a better chance at getting her now. And if I DO get multiples I can throw B Cordelia a Cancel Affinity to make her even more of a terror. Is CA available at 4* or does she need to be 5* to pass it?

I can't really tell how popular Robin will be compared to Tiki. I kinda feel it might be a close match. After the last gauntlets I wouldn't bank on Serenes popularity to guess a winner, though, but Tiki might have a chance. Then again I've also always underestimated how popular Robin and Corrin both seem to be as characters themselves, since I always focused on the rest of the cast, not the character that was supposed to represent me in their games. I was surprised to see how popular of a waifu F Corrin actually is.(and maybe F Robin too?) So maybe Tiki will get blown out. Similarly I can't tell if M Robin did so well in mage gauntlet because he's actually popular as a character or because he was just the prime representation of Awakening if people didn't know who the other mages were and/or didn't want to back Tharja. EditL Oh yeah, and add me! (code in sig) I admire the dedication and I'm glad I'm not her only fan crazy enough to blow feathers on her. I'm probably gonna do it. I've got other good candidates but nobody needs it as bad as her to be decent. I wanna watch her drop that big fat Ignis on people. I've only waited on maybe a better nature since all these banners got me rolling greens constantly so I kept hoping my ideal one might show up first.

Cool, if you'd like me to change B Cordelia at some point just let me know. I've got somebody useful for each color in case those "X ally type" quests are an issue for anyone. Did you promote her or get her from that wyvern gauntlet banner? I want to 5* one really bad but the best I've gotten is +def -hp and I'd like +def -res instead if I can get it first. I may very well waste use my extra Hector to give her Distant Counter, despite I have a fair few other units that could also make good use of it.

(Lucina, Camilla, Tharja) I'm not feeling super strongly about anybody this time and I actually have Tiki, so I'd like to play with and add some Serenes friends for a change. :(

She probably will in the general playerbase. I wouldn't be too surprised if she beats Tiki. I do have an Eirika to buffbot my Tharja and other blade tomes, but I'd still like to raise up Sharena at some point since I know she's good.(mainly for arena bonus though, honestly) I'd like to do Anna and even Alphonse too, but the feathers just keep getting put towards other stuff before I can. Every time I get a stockpile up I a new unit comes out I want to invest in instead, and they get sent to the back burner for the 802831th time... Like right now I have 45k saved up and would consider them, but if I get a S Corrin or Elise I'll want to invest in them first, plus I got a +spd 3* Nino and +atk 3* Cherche staring at me from while I was pulling for Tiki. My feathers just can't catch a break with these banners mang.. Added! Name's the same as here. Your Beruka is a beautiful sight by the way.

I don't like it either. It seems like a bad mode for non-whales and was the only thing announced in the stream I didn't care for. Having one or two high end teams for arena is hard enough, but a whole bunch of them is pretty much not happening for people who haven't spent a lot of money. (even with all the 5*'s I have I can't make enough worthwhile teams to use for every battle) I really don't know what it could be, but the suggestions so far seem either like something they wouldn't do (nature rerolls would cost them money from whales, same with merges, and 6 stars are way too early to possibly be a thing) or stuff that wouldn't matter much to the high end/whale players that would primarily do well in the mode(free 3-4* characters). And like Ice said, a seal shop could be exhausted of rewards pretty quickly. If it were to buy more assault gear for the mode, I was thinking that might be something lower end players would want so they could beat teams easier, and higher end people would want to make hitting top ranks easier. The mode's just kinda in a weird spot so it's hard to guess. But hey I'd love if it were nature rerolls, so I'm all for it if they actually did that.

At least she's not a Firesweep one. Now those are true evil to run into. And your Sharena reminds me I really need to work on my Askr trio.. they're so sad and neglected still. :( Even Sharena is still just a little 3*.

I haven't had any problems winning matches or getting all the "X ally type" quests done before so it should be all good. Similarly I have B Cordelia set right now, but I've got Hector, regular Cordelia, Ike, Tharja, Brave Lance LaD3 Peri, S Camilla and others that might be helpful if anybody would like me to switch. And yes I know I'm adding people from 2 teams but I may very well end up on both regardless of who I pick first depending on who wins and loses first round. :P Yes, because of Tempest they decided to cut the amount we get from gauntlets. I assume it'll carry over this time as well.
