I see, well I'm just on normal since I'm barely getting back into it since sacred stones.. But out of curiosity what would the answer be if I was on lunatic?

I just got my avatar character to max level (20) tactician and I have a second seal, but no master seal. So should I use the second seal now or wait until after I get a master seal and get the grand master skills? Edit: Oh and I'm on chapter 7 now if that's relevant.
