I have two questions, I am pretty new to the 3DS scene and just recently brought my n3ds to arm9/cfw; 1) Is it possible to apply this patch to Revelations' dlc in the Japanese version via ntr cfw? (If so, I have a vague idea of how to apply it, but any resources would be appreciated) 2) Do the translations cover map dlc?

I'm an owner of the Fates special edition physical cart and am currently on CFW and launching everything through HANS. I know it's stated HANS doesn't load dlc, but to what extent? i.e. is it possible for me to download/buy dlc through the game with the use of ctr-httpwn? Sorry if its a silly question, new to the 3ds hacking scene.
