  1. It's not. I have played it for around 40 hours, going by my profile, and I can assure you it's a good port. Lots of enemies on the screen, locked 30fps (except during My Room scenes involving baths, for some reason), has every DLC from the Vita/PS4 versions (tho the only DLC was costumes), and has 2 (IIRC) exclusive costumes. The graphics are serviceable, since in the end it's still a souped up Vita game.

  5. Well, the more the merrier :3 I was in the "25 characters in the base game" camp until Navarre was shown, but now I'm starting to believe the old 35 characters rumor that started from the devs quote that said the E3 demo was representative of 20% of content (which had 7 characters).

  9. Anna's sprite in the lower right part of the map. Wondering what she's doing there... EDIT: I've just noticed a treasure chest in the upper middle part of the map. It's either related to Anna or thieves are in.
  10. That doesn't confirm they're costumes. KT was pretty clear they're separate characters. Do I need to remind people how Nintendo "confirmed" that every character would be able to use every weapon or that there would be dual VA in the western version?

  19. Just because it's not in FE doesn't mean it can't be in FEW. There was no Tower Defense mechanics in DQ games, yet DQH1 has them featured pretty prominently. There were monster taming mechanics in plenty of DQ games, yet there's nothing like that in DQH. KT is the studio making the game, and they will put in whatever they think will fit/is fun. They don't have people like Sakurai who's crazy to the point of being obnoxious with authenticity of the source material.

  21. In that you can't progress outside of the starting area until you acquire bombs? In that the upper part of it is later sealed until King Dodongo is summoned? For all we know, that screenshot that shows a very small map inside a castle can be to introduce Fog of War and/or doors being closed unless you have a key/get near with a thief. It's a screenshot devoid of context, we really can't make much assumptions from it. Just because something doesn't appears in one Warriors game doesn't means it can't in others, and KT is pretty good at adapting mechanics from the main games into the Warriors spinoffs.
  22. The very first map in HW cuts off parts of it depending on the progression. Also, FE has Fog of War mechanics, so KT may have implemented that. There's also a map in DW8XL that has the lower half of it not showing until you make enough progress.
