Can't find the Battle Pallet Editor Nightmare Modules for FE 8

I've been playing around with Nightmare, and I noticed that the Battle Pallet Editor Modules were missing from the FE Shrine download. After looking around I've been unable to find them anywhere. Does anyone know where I'd be able to find them?
