PAL - NTSC AR Code Conversion Help

Try to look "GCNcrypt" to convert PAL codes to NTSC and vice versa -
Same here, i'm trying to get the 'perfect level up' AR code working but no luck so far.. Tried to use GCNcrypt to convert it to PAL version (in case if it's NTSC) but doesnt work either
