Overall, a good unit. Cain and Abel are mostly interchangeable, but it's a matter of preference. Some prefer D is sword and some prefer D in Lance. I'm one of the latter. 8.5/10

Abel has good growths, a great class, and usable weapon rank. I'd much rather have the Javelin for Hard anything than the use of steel swords. Marth or Ogma or anyone can use the Steel Sword better and Javelins are always useful. 9/10

He's decent. He's decent all around the board except in Skill and obviously Resistance. Personal experience doesn't count typically, but he can end up on the lower speed side. Meh, 6/10.
