  1. 17 unique ones now! y!Tiki m!Robin Merric Marth Ogma Lilina Hector Sharena (upgraded) Priscilla Anna (upgraded) s!Camilla Raven s!Lucina Julia Xander (upgraded) Reinhardt (upgraded) Boey Getting to be a lot of greens - four green mages and seven greens total.
  2. I think this might be the first GHB I beat on Lunatic on my first try. The enemies are arranged unusually generously, so I never had to take more than one or two attacks at a time while backing up through the available space.
  3. At least Lloyd's sprite gets his color scheme right. Not sure how it got so messed up in his art. Managed to get Boey with the gauntlet orbs! First focus pull since Spring Festival, too. I don't need a bonus character, but Gronnowl looks like a low of fun.
  4. I had trouble with that even with a bunch of 5*s. Dealing with the mages in their whole enclosure area is tricky and can require particular abilities (ranged attacks, fliers, movement assists) that may require dipping into 4*s for their specific abilities rather than raw stats. You have both m!Robin and f!Robin trained up, right? Do you have any red mages trained?
  5. I upgraded Xander and was plenty happy with the decision, and I'm expecting to have plenty of feathers to upgrade Camus as well when he's released so I can use them together.
  6. I expect Ashnard to be added eventually as a dragon knight with swords, to be able to use Gurgurant. Similarly, when they dig further into FE4, Altenna and Travant make sense to include as dragon knights with lances to use Gae Bolg and Gungnir. As for tome fliers, Aversa will probably cover red at some point, perhaps with Goetia. It's not as exciting as other ultimate weapons, but more ultimate weapons is always cool. Not sure about blue, though. Perhaps Sumia, since she can naturally promote to Dark Flier?
  7. Ooh, Murdock is another good one. With Narcian already available, he'd make perfect sense, and it'd be cool to have him on an armor team with Zephiel. And like both Narcian and Zephiel, being available through a GHB should make him available at 3*, if that counts.
  8. Dalsin would be an axe armor if added, and probably Brom too because he was an Axe General in FE10. Although while both feel appropriate for 3*, there's currently no method by which characters are newly being added to the regular summon lineup at 3*, just focus units at 4* and 5*. So we'll have to see if that changes at some point. Of course, characters can also be added through GHBs, making them available to anyone (as long as they can complete them), and those have always included a 3* version so far. Lombard seems like a likely candidate for a GHB in the future as the most notable Helswath user if they decide to add all the FE4 ultimate weapons eventually, which would certainly make him an axe armor. Xavier is another possible candidate: he's a playable character but could seem suitable for a GHB (like Navarre and Xander, he's well known for appearing as a noteworthy enemy) and while he can use four weapon types, he joins with an axe and a bow and with those as his highest weapon levels. Although having him as the first bow armor would add more to the game, really. As Narcian and Raven show, you don't need to (primarily) use an axe in your own game to have one in Heroes, anyway, so who knows.
  9. They didn't have to give out 3* Catria. If they had a problem with giving out 3* versions of characters currently only available at at least 4*, they could have avoided requiring her for a quest in the first place. The fact that they were willing to give out 3* Catria shows that it's an option: they usually stick to 3* characters when possible, but 4* ones like Effie and Sheena are absolutely viable.
  10. Wolf Berg should have Distant Counter when Walhart eventually gets released, since being 1-2 range is its only real ability. Helswath is another 1-2 range ultimate axe, although even if it gets included, its most likely user is Lombard, who's an armor, so they might give it some other ability like how the Binding Blade and Eckesachs have 1-2 range in their games but no Distant Counter here.
  11. Because only tiers 15 and below offer that. You have to take the highest tiers one at a time.
  12. That 5 put me at exactly 20. Still no 5*s out of it, although at least I got Rebecca as a new 4*.
  13. I'm at 10k. I should hit my next 20k by the end of the arena season, which means it'll finally be time to complete the Askr trio. I don't particularly like Alfonse, but never needing to worry about bonus units again will be nice.
  14. I got 2100+500, 2100+500, 1900+1600 for a total of 8700. Not bad, even though I'd been hoping for better. The total rank turned out very close.
  15. Guess I'll just burn my remaining 400 flags at the next two opportunities if we're not getting another multiplier.
  16. I don't see any Reddit posts about it, so I doubt it.
  17. I already said spoiler tags are fine. But without tags or some other warning, it's not really possible to recognize something as a spoiler until you've already seen the spoilery part. Even if you recognize midway through a remark that it's heading somewhere spoilery, tearing yourself away from something mid-sentence isn't something everyone can do. Personally, I read too fast for that. I'd say "stay off the internet for like a month" is a much bigger sacrifice than "use spoiler tags". So just do it and quit ranting about how much work other people should do rather than you showing them some basic courtesy, alright? Bye now.
  18. No. There are so many more options for infantry units that building teams around them is easy. Restricting the most powerful buff skills to other movement types gives reason to use characters and teams that wouldn't otherwise be worthwhile. I'd like to see future dragons introduce the remaining "dragon buff" skills, though. It could also be interesting to see other limited team types get explored that way, such as a series of "bow buff" skills. Exactly.
  19. It's possible for someone to care about avoiding something without wanting to have to give up activities to avoid it. Avoiding doing things people are likely to find bothersome is the definition of basic politeness. Or at the very least, doing it in a non-bothersome way, such as putting spoilers under spoiler tags.
  20. Personally, I don't find enemy armor teams scary at all even with Distant Counter. As long as you have strong enough units to kill them through their bonuses when engineering advantageous matchups, it's hard for things to go wrong because you can always set up advantageous matchups.
  21. Haven't had any luck on defense this week. Has anyone had success with any combination of these?
  22. Bullshit. A remake of a game from 25 years ago that few people have played and even fewer know the story of, and which has the potential for changes in details in the remake? There are absolutely things to spoil. This is a situation where there are plenty of people around who aren't particularly familiar with the story and plan on experiencing it for themselves soon. That's exactly the type of situation where spoilers are particularly important to stay careful of, remake or not.
  23. Hmm. I have 400 flags and a bunch of Light's Blessings I've almost never needed to use, so I have those to fall back on if necessary.
  24. I'm going to walk away with about 9k feathers after three rounds that were much more exciting than the previous gauntlets. I have no complaints.
