Between the two games, how do their difficulty modes compare? And where do Awakening's fit in? Like, I'm assuming it's something like this, but can someone who's played give me a rough idea from what they know/have experienced? Awakening Normal Hoshido Normal Awakening Hard Nohr Normal Hoshido Hard Nohr Hard Hoshido Lunatic Awakening Lunatic Nohr Lunatic ^That's what I would assume from what I've heard, but can anyone confirm?

So, I have two main questions. Firstly, where/how/if they're acquired. Secondly, and this one is more importantly, they see they half Strength for the next attack. This includes Counterattacks, right? Meaning I use it on a boss, boss attacks me back, I use it for abysmal damage, and then I can go back to hitting hard on my turn, right? But does the debuff apply when I use it for a counterattack? So say I just waited for a boss, and hit it back for high damage during the Enemy Phase. Does that gimp my player phase as my next attack?

I've never played Mafia before, but after discovering it a week ago and reading everything I can on it, I already think I'm hooked. Looked forward to any games that may be coming up, but also honestly having plenty of fun reading a lot of the threads that are here, I hope I won't be too bad when I start start because I won't really be too good at metagaming

Oh hey, thanks fo pointing that out. So I guess only the nations which get S ranked units will have S ranked weapons in their weapon type. Makes sense. I was pretty eager to see how they'd balance S ranks, although part of me was hoping they'd be broken beyond all measure compared to other stuff, so sorta like this katana but without that drawback.

I'm noticing that there aren't any S Rank weapons in either of the things Vincent has posted. Is that because they're incomplete, or there aren't any [What would be the point of the rank?] or they're enemy only, or what?

They are, check in the Other/Unknown tab of the skill list. All of theAmiibo skills are there.

All the Amiibos are classes with no promotion like So they get four skills and can go past 20 without Eternal seals (I don't know whether it's 30 or 40 they cap at pre-eternal seal). Basically think like Walhart in Awakening.
