hey, this hack seems fun and is an improvement over the standard tlp. however, cia really didn't need a buff. she's incredibly destructive for a mage and really obsoletes itsuke. i've had some success with him in this, it's just that cia is kinda op already -

But the point is, Weiss doesn't need a promo item that early. There's no reason to make an over levelled character more over levelled if you care about balance. -

I personally don't think Weiss needs a promo item. He's a cav with axes and swords and good stats. He's good unpromoted until later. -
