  1. Radient Dawn is my favorite Fire Emblem game. Unfortunetly it has multiple issues, chief amoung them being that quite a large percentage of charecters are suboptimal or flat out near unusable, the worst offender being units like Fiona or Lyre. Well no more. With the Power of Thane's Paragon Editor, in Radient Dawn +, I think I managed to make everyone useable while still keeping it faithful enough to the original game, something a lot of upcoming Radient Dawn mods change completly gameplay wise to the point of it being unrecognisable as Radient Dawn. Key changes include: General growth and base buffs for both charecters and classes, especially mages Buffed Weapon triangle, 10->15% stronger magic across the board Thunder magic is now 1-3 range New weapons, including PRFs and magic weapons. Laguz changes, untransformed forme no longer as weak and can initiate combat No need for a clear file or transfers for additional content Shop and forge changes (can forge el tomes and wind edges) More interesting and difficult bosses Gamebannana page: https://gamebanana.com/mods/443519 0.96.1.zip
  2. Hello, my name is AMH9000 and I suddenly got an idea for a romhack to make every playable unit in Binding Blade spawn as a promoted unit. https://www.dropbox.com/s/6mejlm5ttsgytu3/FE6 Doubled Growths Promoted.ups?dl=0 Idiot me forgot to say to apply this to a fresh FE6 rom So what exactly does this hack do? All units growth rates are doubled. (except for Fae, Karel, and Yoder) Unpromoted units have been promoted, this decreases exp gain immensely, so you have to deal with your character's bases for a while (luckily they got their promo gains) All units have had their level adjusted so that they only can get half of their levels. (except for Fae, Karel, and Yoder) So why did I make this? Lots of FE6 runs, especially on hard mode, are pretty RNG dependent on any character's levels to get through the early game because each unit's stats are very low (with the exception of Marcus, the christmas cavs, Rutger, and Jerrot). With higher growths and less levels, units will much more reliably get the stats that they need in order to kill units or survive against others. The average stats will barely change (except for units like Treck who have an odd amount of levels to gain normally, they had their level rounded down), but the variance is severely lowered (a lot of HP growths are over 100% now, and other notable growths are very close to 90%) and some other growths or outright removed (for example, Lugh will always have 39 HP at level 20 since his HP growth is now 100% and he has 19 levels to gain, where as normally Lugh has a... astronomically low chance of naturally getting 58 HP at level 20/20, or inversely 20 HP at level 20/20)
  3. So, I aim to fix many issues with Fates’s Writing in my own way and the Unit/Gameplay loop for BR and REV with a few unique additions. Here’s what’s Planned for Story: Prologue is Untouched, while chapter 1/2 is mostly similar to vanilla with a few lines being tweaked or altered. Although the Reason why you fight Kaze and Rinkah is that they were caught in the Royal Treasury. Chapter 3 is where Garon sends Corrin to investigate a disappearance of soldiers stationed at the Bottomless Canyon (This is where the mysterious Army makes its debut instead of chapter 5), after the battle on of the few left standing drags Gunter into the Bottomless canyon and a few being to leave towards Hoshido prompting Corrin to follow in Pursuit. When the Avatar winds up losing them due to them just vanishing, they wind up in Mozu’s Village under attack by the Faceless which leaves Corrin and Felicia/Jakob to try to lead the villagers to safety. Eventually Hinoka or Takumi (And their Retainers) show up as Green Units to help rescue the Villagers. When The fighting is done Hinoka/Takumi and Corrin meet each other which Corrin learns about the whole Being taken from Hoshido by Nohr thing as usual. After that, I have vague ideas, likely something involving the Valley Settlement and more Dialogue changes to reflect the new idea and hint at some later stuff. For Gameplay stuff, there will be more Dark Tomes, a new weapon type, more Beast and Dragonstones, some new classes and More Supports, and Reworking how some chapters actually work. (This part is more adept to change.)
  4. Hi there! My name is AMH9000 and I have created a mod for Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. (Made for any hard mode) Download it here --> https://www.dropbox.com/s/02spl31bqljg2pi/Fire Emblem - The Blazing Blade - AMH9000's Mod.ups?dl=0 (tell me if something stupid happens to this link) The amount of changes I made were... minuscule to say the very least. Changes were made only to character's starting stats and their growths. Some were drastic (compared to the other changes), others were small, and most of them probably changed nothing. I attempted to change the levels of some characters but it never wanted to work no matter how hard I tried. :( I guess some of you want to know what the big changes were, so I'll put 'em in a spoiler, but there's only 3 I can think of as "big" changes. Now for the part that'll probably send about 80% of you away... I only worked on the Lyn's Story characters so the only things that are different in this patch happen in Lyn's 10 chapter story. sucks, I know, but this is my first Fire Emblem patch ever and I worked "hard" on it. It took me about 4 hours to make this so... I'm slightly proud of me. So, to the 4% of you that clicked on this thread that aren't considering leaving down a hate comment, have fun. As for the 16%... try first, and then leave down a hate comment if you REALLY want to.
