  1. Hello, and welcome to the thread for my semiblind ironman Let's Play / Roleplay of all three paths of Fire Emblem Fates for the 3DS. This screenshot let's play is done in the style of a magical war journal written by the main character, Dakota. Who exactly is Dakota? Dakota is a rather unlikely hero: a creepily pragmatic, eugenics-obsessed, megalomaniacal, narcissistic, borderline-sociopathic, socially inept control freak with basically only one redeeming quality: their genuine love for the select few people who manage to get close to their heart. Their motivations are not quite as noble as the canon avatar, though there's no lack of drive to accomplish them, and there is some humanity in there somewhere. What do you mean by "Semiblind"? Basically, I've been super hyped for this game, so I have checked out the wiki for certain stuff. I know most of the basic classes and skills, and a handful of the new basic weapons (though I have not read up at all on the metagame and thus only have my 12 years of experience playing Fire Emblem to work out which of them are and aren't useful), I've seen Nintendo's site and know about all the characters and information/videos listed there, but when it comes to anything beyond that, the rest of the characters, the maps, the story, I am almost totally blind. Almost. What I know: How will this work? Basically Dakota will go through Birthright first and Conquest second, with Revelation being third. Dakota's gender will also go by the covers of the two games. Dakota will be male in Birthright, Female in Conquest, and whichever I decide I prefer in Revelation. Here are the designs i came up with for Male and Female Dakota using the Serenes Forest "Kamui Editor": Male: Female: As for the rules I'll be using in this LP: I'll use every non-dlc trick available to me that I can discover in both versions, but I'm not allowed to reset unless the game forces me to for losing an important character or failing the mission, and I cannot abuse this to force a reset to get a lost character back. I may also exploit the fact that I still have my original 3DS (and that I'm buying physical copies of both versions for collecting reasons) to self-streetpass if I can come up with an interesting thing storywise to do with it (and boy do I think I can). Also, while I won't be using DLC, I'll be using the amiibo because I have them, and because they add characters I feel I can do interesting things with. I update every day but thursday, some time around 6 eastern standard time, though the length of the battle means this can vary, and you can expect later updates the further into each path I get. Is there reader participation? YES! As of Conquest, I've decided to start using the castle visiting feature, but I've decided that I won't visit random castles. I'll only be able to access the ones that are sent to me. I haven't fully worked it out because I'm trying to avoid spoilers so I don't want to look up much, but here's my card: Just punch this address in and visit my castle, and then you'll be on my visit list and I'll visit you back. You might even make a cameo appearance in the series!
  2. Hey everyone! ...So... About the last half a year I was supposed to be updating Dakota's War Journal... ...Yeah... Sorry about that, stuff's been going on. I've been busy with real life stuff, but I also suffered serious burnout with the game and lost confidence in the quality of the story overall. It just stopped being fun. But after a recent epiphany caused me to get my writing mojo back, I think I'm ready to give this a shot! But first I think I need to really remind myself how much I enjoy doing these sorts of things. So instead of starting off going right back to the slog that is Fire Emblem Fates Revelation, I thought: why not try a much shorter game that I really, really love? So that's what I'm doing. I present to you: Invisible, Inc. Invisible, Inc. is a tactical turn-based procedurally generated roguelike stealth game for PC, Mac and tablets, taking place in a dark, cyberpunk future. You sneak into corporate buildings, hack their devices, steal their stuff, avoid or neutralize their guards and security, and try to get out alive, trying to build up enough supplies to be able to successfully tackle one very difficult final mission. It is one of my favorite games ever. It is also very, very hard. It doesn't screw you over with any random generation when it comes to gameplay mechanics (though there's a lot of randomness when it comes to generation and what stuff you wind up finding), but it is utterly punishing with failures when you bring it up to its full, proper difficulty. There are no reloading levels, maps are randomly generated every time, and if you lose, you lose, and you have to start over from the beginning. I've gotten good enough at the game that I can pretty reliably beat Expert mode, but trust me when I say, victory is not guaranteed. I'm planning on doing this similarly to Dakota's War Journal in that I'll write my playlogs in-character. Hopefully when I'm done with this, whether I succeed or not, I'll be sufficiently back into the spirit of doing LPs that I'll be able to muscle through the various hangups I've had with Dakota's War Journal and finish that up as well at long last. But in the meantime, let's just hope everyone enjoys this. So without further ado, here's the intro! Aaaaand here's where a bit of reader participation comes in! You guys get to choose my second agent! I'll give you a list of all of the choices, along with what Isaac's response to them would have been had I not cut him off, and you get to vote for your pick! Whoever gets the most votes is the one I'll go with. In addition, I want you to vote on a second thing: the rewind system. See, there's a bit of a safety net in this game where you get to rewind turns if you really screw something up. On the highest difficulty you only get one of these per mission, but even just that one winds up saving a lot of runs. I could play with it on or off. If I play with it on, it's more likely I'll finish the whole game and thus it'll last longer. But if I play with it off, there's a good chance something will go horribly wrong and the entire run might be cut short, but it's also possible that I'll get myself into some gripping, crazy shenanigans it'd be fun to get out of. I leave it up to you. I can justify it in-story either way. And so without further ado, here are the agents, along with what Isaac, had the story continued with them picked, would have said: And that's it for now! I'll wait a few days to see what's decided, and then I'll get started on mission one! See you then!
  3. Hello there. I am a female casual writer and I'm looking for a experience writer who can play my favourite character Dimitri from fire emblem three houses while I play my character amelia (who is not a teacher). I really wanna do a canon X oc for a while and it been really really hard to find someone. But I also like fire emblem fates and awakening too do I'm happy to use my oc in those games too^^ It'll take place after the final battle and the or we can even do it at the beginning if you prefer. Here's my oc's profile so you know about her^^ https://docs.google.com/document/d/1v16UibHZgP0Gc398InfAGx7nSTAgMRBREAfMQ39njIo/edit?usp=drivesdk Rules: No one liners please it's really annoying Actually tell me if you played or at least watched fire emblem three houses. NO GHOSTING me please. Especially don't disappear without saying anything. Use third person please Please reply if you are interested and wanted to rp with me
  4. I’m hosting a Three Houses D&D/Rp game thing that would ideally include 21 of you folks! You don’t have to be an expert or anything at D&D nor Roleplaying, simply join and try it out if you’re even remotely interested! This will be played entirely over discord so send me a pm to be invited! The game itself: There will be primarily three big parts of the overall game. Class Sessions, “Weekends” and Battles. Class sessions are small periods where everyone will get together in their classes’ voice chat and “Train” a specific proficiency in a weapon, just like in Three Houses, and the professor will give everyone a little “lesson” that will be a hint towards things to come, whether they appear on the “weekend” or during battle, the professor will have given you ample information to react to this unknown threat. These class sessions should only last about 7-10 minutes each anyway and won’t actually require work of any kind, everyone can hangout and chat if they would like. “Weekend Time”: The discord will have several voice chats labeled as different areas of the 3H monastery. During this also 10-15 minute time you will be able to hop between each chat and different events will occur, but ultimately where you are at the end of the 15 minutes will decide what you gained or what event you will be involved in that “Weekend”. Finally combat/battle: There will be large scale battles like the battle of the eagle and lion where EVERYONE is involved head to head and there will also be a story that goes along with this huge game. Friends may turn against eachother or maybe not! You can also recruit others from other classes. There will be non-head to head fights as well where a single class will face off against enemies, and outside of “In-School” fights people can die if they run out of health! Because we are on classic that would mean you are dead forever, and you will be temporarily removed from the discord until the story comes to a conclusion. More about how the combat functions will be provided when we start! We hope to meet on weekends and it shouldn’t be incredibly time consuming but I’m hoping it’s more fun than anything! I also plan to stream the whole thing on twitch for those who are too afraid/were not able to join! I love all you community and send me a message if you wish to be a part of all of this!
  5. Role Play based on Fate / Stay Night, with all new masters and servants. Setting: Set in 2020, a 6th Holy Grail War is about to begin. Set in a parallel universe where Angra Mainyuu was never defeated, and the Grail is still corrupted. Gilgamesh is missing, whereabouts unknown. All other combatants in the 5th Holy Grail War have perished. Set in Fuyuki, Tokyo. Einzberns, Matous and Tohsakas have all died out. EDIT: ALL Masters have done reconnaissance prior to the War officially starting, and know about all the other Masters APART from Jumper's Master, who none of us know about. This is to counteract Jumper having E in all stats at base, and thematically Jumper is an anomaly. Intel gathered is reflected in individual Master sign-up forms. Master Creation Template: **Character Name:** **Author Account:** **Race (Human or Vampire):** **Sex:** **Age:** **Faction:** (Holy Church, Mage's Association, Rogue) **Appearance:** **Personality:** **Magecraft(s), if applicable:** (use: http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Magic_Spells) **Intro Post:** *soon...* Servant Creation Guide: https://i.yuki.la/tg/1417492453926.pdf Only one of each class type is allowed (including Jumper). It's first come first serve, and I will be taking the Assassin class for myself, leaving seven other slots. For both Base Stats and Noble Phantasms, Discounts halve the cost: 50 goes to 25 etc. (flat one time Discount for Base Stats, /per rank for NP). As the point was risen, I should address: Since each Master usually has unique command seal designs, feel free to design one for your character and present it as an image, or describe it. You don't have to if you don't want to :) Here is my master creation as an example: Character Name: Mark Gatling Character Account: monfernova Author Account: monfernova Race (Human or Vampire): Human Sex: Male Age: 23 Faction: Hired by Mage's Association (Freelancer) Appearance: http://i.imgur.com/pVfZaTb.png Personality: Playful and lightly sarcastic, with little to no regard for rules and regulations. Somewhat mysterious as not always honest, a bit of a trickster and a bit of a flirt. However, moderately trained for combat. Chaotic Neutral Type 1: The Hedonist http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ChaoticNeutral Magecraft(s), if applicable: Shared Perception Memory Manipulation Intro Post: An English man sired by a third-rate magic family. He chose not to pursue mage-craft unlike his elder sister, and was shunned by his family. Took a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, and came out with First Honours. At the age of 21, Mark decided to take some time out before entering any form of employment, but curiously found himself at the doors of the Clock Tower. Despite not having much experience in Magecraft, he was taken in as a freelancer, mostly to explore the world and uncover relics. Mark was given combat training whenever he returned from missions, but this was mostly anti-mage and anti-human, as his mana circuits were questionably lacking. Started taking jobs which required conflict and killing (against Rival Associations during excavation), but the pay was pretty good. Grew proficient with knife and sword H2H, and decent marksmanship with a pistol and a sniper rifle. Learnt from a leader at the Association to enhance/strengthen his circuits, enough so that he could use some form of magic. Shared Perception among colleagues (and later his Servant), and a fairly shaky understanding of Memory Manipulation (certainly not enough to rely on). One day, while on a mission,Command Seals appeared on his hand... (The character shot was created with: http://www.rinmarugames.com/playgame.php?game_link=mega-anime-avatar-creator)Try it out if you like :) General consensus for input received, and to make it more realistic: Option 1: Reveal nothing about Servant other than class, everything else has to be figured out, if something is figured out/activated, then the Master reveals that knowledge. No God Modding, standard RP Rules apply. RP both Master AND Servant. However, you are not limited to just those characters.Essentially, you are allowed to introduce "non-Grail War participating" characters to roleplay. As an example: Since my character is working with the Mage's Association, that will be reflected in my posts; I may be in contact with member's of the college regarding the War, and they will be given dialogue to flesh out both my character and general worldbuilding. However, they cannot be directly involved in the war whatsoever, nor come into contact with Masters other than the one they are allied with. They are not game changers, merely plot/narrative devices to flesh out your character. So no Maiya's or Irisveil's. Think more along the lines of Waver's "grandparents" from Zero and Issei Ryuudou from Stay Night. Or heck, even Risei Kotomine to some extent (though he broke his own rules). MASTER SIGN-UP ONLY! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE REVEAL DETAILS ABOUT YOUR SERVANT. EVERYONE HAS TO WORK THAT STUFF OUT IN THE DURATION OF THE GRAIL WAR. Looking forward to a bloody Grail War!!!! :D
  6. I figured I'd start one of these. RULES: 1. Please choose your character before joining! If you're choosing a character that doesn't have a specific father in Genealogy, specify the father before joining. Sibling pairs will share fathers, so if you want to join a sibling pair with someone who chose the other sibling, take note of the father. And try using the officially translated names, as listed below! 2. Only one character per person. That way, everyone has a chance to choose a character. Also, substitutes won't be allowed unless the person they substitute is already taken by someone else. 3. Each reply has to be one paragraph long. I don't want anything more. 4. Make it specific when you're speaking out of roleplay. 5. No godmodding or anything, obviously. 6. Now, we can mix with FE5 if you want, such as adding in FE5 exclusives. Though this is mainly an FE4 thread, if you want to portray an FE5 character, well, I'll be the one to decide if that character joins the roleplay, mostly so that FE5 doesn't run over FE4. 7. No drama, please. If you find yourself starting to hate one of the other roleplayers, just kindly block and leave! 8. If you have to leave the roleplay for any reason, please say so! That way, I can open up the character for someone else. This list of rules is flexible, but please try to follow them as best you can! If I need to add more rules, then I will. Now, for the list of characters. Seliph Lester, Lana (Father: Undecided) Ulster, Larcei (Father: Undecided) Oifey Diarmuid, Nanna (Father: Undecided) Julia Ced, Fee (Father: Undecided) Arthur, Tine (Father: Undecided) Iuchar, Iucharba Shannan Febail, Patty (Father: Dew) Febail: not elite Altena, Leif Finn: Dayni Ares Lene, Coirpre (Father: Undecided) Hannibal
  7. The Outrealm Gates. They are an enigma to how other places work. They are gates between world unknown and a common scapegoat for otherworldly conflicts. Zenith used to be the gatekeeper of portals like these, but the numerous factions at war fought until stalemate. Another quaint and fledgling continent far away east in a different world has no former ties with the two sides of the century-long war. Its name is Levfia, founded by a maiden figure only known as Diana, whose roots can be traced to Archanea. Recently, its towns and villages have been bombarded with foreign forces like that of which the nation of Embla controlled. But strange entities such as elves and mithril have started to trickle in. A world where a human once disappeared lies in the middle of the conflict. A freak accident with a futuristic machine in a place beyond that of normal reach made it the center of a multiverse larger than the real universe it was only connected to. Recent reports of missing people hasn’t gone unnoticed in a world where carriages and swords have become obsolete. In the medieval world of Levfia, a happily married couple noticed a few humans in modern attire waking up in the middle of their town with nothing at their side except tools unsuitable for combat. Questioning their untimely appearance, they took them in to take care of them for the time being. A week passed and the visitors’ foster town was under siege by strange shadows. The modern-day humans, not having any experience of how Levfia works, are hastily trained by the two caretakers to prepare them to fend off the forces ahead. Thus a new story unfolds, breaking away what was a common conformity of worlds where dragons once roamed free. Welcome to the renewed edition of Fire Emblem: Realms of the Cosmic Mirror. A lot has changed since its first inception. Its premise of a conflict between multiple universes like Super Smash Bros. and Project X Zone is still the same, but a lot of the mechanics has changed. Main characters from the real world now take control of three other characters in their respective party, 2 from any Fire Emblem continent and countries, 1 from another world. Weapon Ranks, EXP, LV, promotions, classes, etc. have all been reintroduced. Master Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jCloT_TPvEtKNLEEiEglpYpMb1cQvJQ3opNJphVQLNg/edit?usp=sharing Roleplay Discord for Updates, Announcements and Chat: https://discord.gg/D5fmyen Character Forms: Lefvia, the Hub Continent: Game Mechanics: Most calculations are based on Awakening’s formulas. EXP mechanics come from Sacred Stones’s formulas. RN generation will be single-numbered for all instances except HIT which is 2RN. Weapon stats and character stats mostly mirrors Awakening and New Mystery of the Emblem’s iterations, there is no weapon weight or constitution. Reclassing is based on Fates’s version of reclassing, with the Second Seal used to change classses instead of the Heart Seal. Weapon triangle is a three-level version with rank-based advantage modifiers. Base triangle is the unified Fates version, while tomes branch off into the Trinity of Magic with its own Anima magic sublevel as seen in Radiant Dawn. Character inventories and character skills both cap at 5 slots. Permadeath is a near-Casual version, dead units won’t come back until the players are transported to a new world. Skill mechanics have traits unique to this roleplay: the skills are separated into three “metallic” ranks reachable by AExp, experience that increases by an amount every time a certain skill activates. Most skills in return have their own scrolls, but any unit who wants to learn one must have a corresponding skill rank that is less than or equal to the rank the skill is assigned to in the spreadsheets. Actions: Movement Attack - attack enemy with weapon that specifically targets it Staff - use ally-targeting staff in range Item - use a item in the inventory Inventory - reorder weapons in inventory Open - use keys to open doors and chests Trade - exchange weapons and items between two adjacent units, both units may reorder their inventories after transactions (skill) - applies to skills that activate via commands (Rally skills, Dance, Shove) Wait - ends the unit’s actions/turn General Etiquette: Inactivity won’t do, please post at least 3 times a month. Don’t make your character from the Terra form self-insert, it’s a general rule of thumb. GM actions and posts will and always be final. Make sure you conform with the setting and its rules that you currently have at hand before I come every day and post. All worlds visited should be close to their canon description, only there should be OCs come from the Earth where Kiran comes from. Please note I may not update every day. Occasionally this can be made up during the weekends. After the first 4 players are ready for the roleplay's Prologue, the roleplay will commence at 6PM 23 September 2017. Symbolic, isn't it?
  8. Hello everyone! I've been a longtime fan of the FE Series, starting off with Blazing Blade, but my interest really took off with Awakening. For awhile, I've quietly lurked the community and observed all of the wonderful chats and works by fellow fans. But slowly over time I've desired to make my own mark to the community and become involved! I formerly used to be in an old group of roleplayers that covered Awakening. It was one of the best experiences I had in a fandom. I used to be Stahl, but nowadays I've gone past Awakening and I am now open to writing with anyone. Just ask! I promise you I'm good. I will admit that I have been shy when it comes to this fandom. It's slightly scary to me to ask people to talk to me, but I know there's a certain sense of camaraderie here I'd like to get a taste of. So let's talk! I'm actually working on my own RomHack, and I splice my own portraits. I'd actually love to collab with anyone who can help me or vice versa. In fact, take a look at some of my sprites! I'd love your thoughts and to see some of the work others are doing. Nice to meet you!
  9. . July 30th, 0800 Hours, Galactic Year 0251 ??? Heion Riese, ANF Leviathan-Class Battleship The day of relief had passed uneventfully, with a walk and ceremony for the casualties of the colony attack ending the afternoon on a somber note. Most of the crew was either busy with their own recreations, or anxiously waiting for new orders from HQ. Radio silence was all they received that day. In fact, radio silence did not only refer to ANF's orders --no commercial signal was getting through to Colony 1, which forced itself to operate autonomously. If one were to open the TV, they'd find no channels available other than local OrbiTV's free channels, and even those seemed to operate with hindered coverage. Perhaps the rebel's plan involved cutting off the colony's communication with its neighbors and earth? "Mrrr..." In her bedroom, very clearly not a morning person --not after enough wine is on her system, at least--, Roxanna grumbled and slowly sat herself up on the edge of her bed. The reason she woke up was clear, forgetting to set her tablet's alarm for later. Ugh, of all thing to forget. Oh well, at least the headache wasn't mind-numbing, only a stinging feeling as if some nail was pressing on the side of her head... okay, it was still annoying. "And I had such a good day yesterday, too..." Lamenting her carelessness in not having enough Dihydrogen monoxide before sleeping, Roxanna stood up. Wrapping her arms around the long white dress she called a pajama to shake off some of the cold from her AC, Roxanna grumpily reached for her TV, lazily turning it on. Let's see the news--oh right, static. Damn, is it still down. Unfortunate, she'd like to know how the ANF was describing their mission for a while now. Oh well, surely another time... Disappointed, Roxanna turned back, disinterested at the loud buzzing... at least it stopped. Wait, it stopped? She didn't turn off the TV-- Looking back quickly, Roxanna noticed a symbol taking the full screen, a gray hydra with a sword held in the mouth of its middle held, designed much like as if drawn on Greek pottery. What the-- There wasn't much time to process, just a minute, in face, and then a new image entirely graced the screen. Oh. My. God. At this point, Roxanna was fully alert, eyes wide open, biting her lower lip. Shit, if they incite full fledged war-- Roxanna scrambled to her tablet, opening a voice channel synced to the Heion Riese's communication system. "Hello? Hello? This is your XO, Roxanna Martinson." Her voice was definitely unnerved, now resounding throughout the ship. "I am calling an immediate reunion. All who are awake, meet me in the bridge in 30 minutes." She didn't have the power to schedule a sudden meeting and hold people accountable for not showing up, not at a time like this. Still... she had to take measures to prepare for what was sure to become a hell of a day. The entire party is free to post! Feel free to choose where your character is, but remember it is pretty early in the day!
  10. ACT 01: The Meeting of the Minds Shinto, Fuyuki City Mark sipped his coffee, and looked out of the window at the bustling crowds of people on the panoramic walkways that formed the crossroads of shops and restaurants in Fuyuki. Black, one sugar, no cream. He smiled to himself, and then cleared his throat, before standing up and addressing everyone inside the cafe. "Hey everyone! Pay absolutely no attention to me. I was never here. You also can't hear anything I say, and won't disturb me for the duration of my visit here. Oh, and forget about the weird saiyan things you saw the other night too." Mark stated assertively. The crowd of customers and servers looked at Mark, nonplussed, and then continued on with their daily affairs. While Mark's memory manipulation would have done little to nothing to an experienced magus, these civilians were easy to influence. Great, no disturbances, and you've wiped a section of the incident damage, albeit not much. Mark removed his phone from his pocket, and waited for the call. Shortly after, the phone buzzed, and Mark picked it up. "Are you ready Mark?" asked the familiar voice, to which Mark responded "I'm patching in, with your permission." All of a sudden, Mark blacked out, and then his view showed a fancy metal lift door, with an outer wall sliding up besides it. The lift was going down. Mark had shared perception with his benefactor; he was seeing what the old man was seeing. The lift eventually came to a halting grind, and the doors opened. Down a small hallway was an enclosed glass cubical, with no entrances apart from a small circular hole near the top, with a height of 20 meters from the base. In the middle, sitting on the floor was an emotionless looking old man, pale as can be, wearing rags which were hidden by a large white beard and long slender silver hair. Even in rags, the man looked regal. This was Jubstacheit von Einzbern, the eight head of the Einzbern family. He had been with the family since the Second Grail War, but now he simply sat in this castle of glass, head hanging low in his personal prison. While it is true that publicly the three founding families of the War had been wiped out, a Magus expedition to the Einzbern castle in Germany found a secret room deep underground. Housed in it was a collapsed Jubstacheit. Technically this "thing" was artificial intelligence, research had shown, being fundamentally linked to the nature of the castle and homunculus within. The old man tried to ask questions in interrogation regarding the nature of the the Fifth Grail War, but the relic of a man stayed silent, unresponsive. "This is boring...let me guess, there's some evil braniac mastermind who directly controls it? That would be so cliche...but still awesome" Mark thought to himself, and almost in reaction, Acht (named for being the 8th generation model of his kind) snapped his neck up, with cold dilated eyes, staring at the old man/Mark. The old man froze in place, and Mark felt a deep chill within him. This was a first. "ThE hOmunCulus LiVes. ThE swEet, iNnoCenT sOul, mY cReaTIon, the UltImAte cReaTIon. AwAitIng tHe nEw WaR, hIdDen aWay iN ThE eVeRpreSeNt CiTY." And then the man was silent. Mark was shocked enough to lose concentration. He briefly blacked out, and then returned to himself in the cafe. He looked around, and no one had bothered him or acted like he was even there, as planned. Immediately Mark received a call, which he picked immediately. "A homunculus? That's what I gathered from that short outburst. Mark. If this is the case, you have information that other Master's do not. HOLD. ONTO. IT. We have to find the vessel. It gives us an immediately important advantage for the long term." Mark was the one to end the call, and he looked unusually serious and in the zone. "Time to REALLY get to work. Assassin. Take rooftop views and scout. Let's get on with the pleasantries, and then we'll get to looking" There was no response, but Mark had a gut feeling Assassin would obey this time. Before leaving the cafe (without paying because he could get away with that), Mark once again checked his phone, and he viewed the interesting email for what seemed like the umpteenth time. "Hi Mark, We managed to scrub the relic of corruption, finally. I think we have a good idea of who this could belong to but...it's just unexpected. What you described as Assassin's appearance really doesn't match with or make any sense to my hypothesis. I've attached a picture; I think with some minor research you can figure out who it is. Don't want comms getting comprimised and all that. It's been too long man...you should come see the team again. I think they could use it. Be well, Rutger Archaeological Excavation Manager Clock Tower Mark inquistively clicked the image file, and he saw an envelope with a certain item inside. The envelope had a name and surname on it, and through some quick research, Mark did indeed find the identity of his Servant. Mark thought long and hard, and then sighed. "Bloody hell...I don't think I can wrap my head around this kind of man. The mad enhancement...it actually kinda makes sense, to an extent. But really, getting a man so divisively debated as to whether he was in the right or not...I'm just lucky he looks nothing like himself currently. Although maybe there is a reason for that..." Mark realised there was work to be done instead of pondering, and left the dim lighting of the cafe for the bright sunny streets outside.
  11. Hexagon War What is Hexagon?: Power Rangers Hexagon was an idea the writers of Power Rangers had after the Power Rangers series, Wild Force. It would pit the Rangers against each other for many reasons that were never explained, but we'll be going through my fan interpretation since the series is WAY past Wild Force now. There will still be a divide between the heroes and different sides that will each have good reasons for being on those sides, but there will be new Ranger recruits. Take it as if the Rangers have been fighting against each other since Wild Force, so many past Rangers are dead which strengthens the ideals of both sides. Most of the Zords have been destroyed and the world is in constant fear of the next clash between the two groups and thus are trying to create new Rangers to stop this Hexagon War. You are those Rangers. Story: The five Rangers code-name, "TSKF" which stands for Taskforce, have been chosen as the best officers in the army and given the assignment to infiltrate Hexagon to gather information on what caused the Hexagon War in the first place, dismantle or kill the Rangers in both Hexagon and the Phantom Brigade, and stop the new threat that is growing that both sides of the war won't acknowledge. Sign Ups(Currently Accepting Five People): Full Name: Physical Appearance (Hair Color, Eye Color, Physical Build): Preferred Color/Power(Out of Red(Tiger), Blue(Gorilla), Yellow(Rabbit), Green(Shark), and White(Dove)): Gender: Backstory: Personality Traits: Stats/Skills: Stats and Skills will be determined by what Color/Power you pick and I'll give you the sheet of stats once you apply. Other: I will play the Veteran Rangers and Monsters that you will meet throughout your journey. Unless the Rangers are fighting someone who is reluctant to fight them then when the character's HP hits 0, they die. Think of the suits as the AU Go-Busters, but with different colors. Post your sign up on this thread and I'll update this post to include your Ranger's Stats, Bio, and Skills.
  12. Hello.. I'm looking for some casual FE RP threads that emphasizes using OCs and character portraits (with different expressions, of course) in order to give a more visual novel-ish feel, like most, if not all, of the Fire Emblem games I can show you guys an example of a RP thread from another gaming forum I'm participating in, although I'm not sure if it's allowed to include links to other websites...
  13. Apparently I'm a dummy who can't organize roleplays properly. I'm going to be revising this as the original post was very bare in nature, and I'd prefer it not so.
  14. "The Outrealms are beckoning..." Welcome to Fire Emblem: Realms of the Cosmic Mirror's sign-ups and discussion page! Spreadsheet available for all players to refer to: SPREADSHEET LINK Here's the interest check topic for background info: https://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?/topic/73306-interest-check-fire-emblem-realms-of-the-cosmic-mirror/ Table of Contents: Intro Reading and Picking Characters How to Prepare for Battle Gameplay Mechanics Current Roster/Positions in separate posts (except for first battle). 1. Introduction This roleplay pits canon Fire Emblem characters against other characters derived from foreign mediums. Focusing on the various strategic battles that the Fire Emblem series has, the battles require teamwork and should safely create an environment similar to a mega crossover game like Smash Bros. and Project X Zone. Created with a hybrid in mind, it tries to insert elements from various Fire Emblem games and make them composite, in order to create a different experience. Dealing with a composite gameplay can be tough, so some debilitating ideas are removed for ease of management. If you start to have problems with the rules and character you’re given, you're better off asking questions than making direct statements I can’t find a good reply to. Please use proper etiquette when needed, and don’t be inactive for more than 3 weeks. This should act as a real Fire Emblem game but with several twists here and there. The more familiar the Fire Emblem experience are to players who sign-up the better off a game goes. 2. Reading and Picking Characters (Please note that you’re mostly writing established characters for the time being.) Most probably the hardest part to understand: which character suits my playstyle the best? Here’s what’s so different about this RP, characters are preset; they’re merely rentals. Once you choose to sign-up for a character, it will be yours to control for the battle. The player expects to write dialogue for every character they sign as throughout the whole RP. If a character name appears in more than one roster that each correspond to a separate battle, you are allowed to use that character again if you like. Using any character is fair game, but signing up for a more familiar character to write dialogue for is recommended. A Smash Bros. player is probably more likely to choose Marth than Ephraim for example. Players sign up for a designated character, detailed in this chapter. Once a battle is over, a new set of units will be up for the next battle. Sign up again if you choose to pick a new unit from that selection, otherwise waiting for a new one is completely optional. If your player character dies in battle, don’t worry. You can choose a new character in the next battle after the battle in which the character dies in is completed, whether it was a win or loss. A form template is detailed in the spoiler here. Example using Lachesis from FE4 in spoilers. List of commands units may share (bold are universal): 3. How to Prepare for Battle 4. Gameplay Mechanics Positions follow here. Battle #1 - Objective: Rout the enemy Note: All unit rosters are in spoilers.
  15. What if the fire emblem heroes were to fall and all their adventures were given to random people? The fire emblem has been corrupted by the presence of the fell dragons, now a lone group of adventurers must travel to the different worlds and pick up where the fallen heroes started. (roleplay is welcome to everyone, would prefer it if we roleplayed on discord. Canon and ocs are allowed
  16. The Granbellian Empire. A vast, large country that takes up most of the subcontinent of Zeroki. In the year 1134, Emperor Randolph has taken the throne, starting a brutal reign of terror. Curfews appear across the nation. Mages experiment, creating dark monsters and spells to enforce the regime. The day is the 23rd of March, 1135. The regime has been intact for about a year. Today is the day that the Zodiac Rebellion begins. Religion in the empire is a relatively tolerant and even split between Dragonism (Your basic FE Naga worshippers with churches, monks, clerics, etc) and Spirituality (A more Shinto-esque worship of nature spirits, with smaller shrines scattered about). Both of them believe in the Emperor as a semi-holy figure (The former believes that the first Emperor, Richter, formed a blood pact with Naga like the FE4 Crusaders, while the latter think that the Spirit King Rein is a part of him). Magic uses Tomes and Staves, like FE. But there is a bit more variety. There's your basic Fire-Wind-Thunder-Light-Dark tomes, but mages can also create familiars, elemental animals who aid them in battle and with research, And spells can enchant objects, like Debora's (an already made PC) scrolls. The reason Randolph is like this is simple case of ambition gone wrong. As of the time of the RP's chronological beginning, he is 26, and he has noticed that the Empire has been... lazying too much, for his taste. The economy and research of the formerly grand empire has been lacking, and so the curfews, strict working hours, and patrolling soldiers are his way of waking the Empire up... so he can expand more by annexing and conquering nearby nations. To this end, he's enlisted three generals to help him: General Diego of the Imperial Royal Army, General Clarrisa of the Imperial Intelligence Division, and General Dreichel of the Imperial R&D Laboratory. https://discord.gg/GPN3Be Important locations: Granbell: Capital city of the Granbellian Empire. Home of the emperor's castle, Tyrfing Castle, as well as most of the important governmental facilities. Very large. Woodrow: A very magic-heavy city with various magical research laboratories, both governmental and freelance. Knightly: A trading city and hub of merchant activity. Redking: A hub of military activity, with the prestigious Redking Military Academy as the shining jewel. Republic of Zemur: A small democratic country bordering Granbell, and the only other country on the continent of Zeroki. Is Emperor Randolph's first target in his new expansionist ideals. Sign-ups (IN DISCORD): Name Age Gender Skills (Can they use magic [Fire, Wind, Thunder, Light, Darkness, Staves]? What kinds of weapons are they good at using? Are they a good artist? Writer? Silver tongue? Stuff like that.) Backstory Personality This is an FE-inspired statless RP that focuses on a rebel group overthrowing a corrupt regime, using guerilla tactics.
  17. I wrote up this roleplay earlier this month… in another site I won’t mention, with the reputation of Fire Emblem Fates… It got the cold shoulder after two previous attempts, so I’m trying out to see if this roleplay could work in a place like this. Third time’s the charm, right? But there’s a lot of differences with this roleplay in particular that might not coincide with roleplays that are more common here. Taking bold actions can be risky sometimes. Edit: Google Docs file to help with how this roleplay works. - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vhy_SjBaV2bi2AYKz7-gzgHoAxV909mVC4_p_etclwQ/edit?usp=sharing The Basics as to What’s Here and What’s Absent What's so different about this? 1. OCs and original settings are not integral to the story. This roleplay is more about a what-if scenario between foreign forces that plays out like a typical Fire Emblem skirmish. I’ve experienced writing and conceptualizing OCs before. It’s where a writer puts OCs that make the concept of "Sturgeon’s Law" stand out even more. The game is basically Massive Multiplayer Crossover meets strategy RPG, in this case, Fire Emblem. I currently have no intentions of integrating an original generation into a storyline where a crisis between fantasy media is the main idea. Don’t expect a new Jake or Anna from a non-canon continent/kingdom/nation/etc. here. 2. Without OCs, what will happen to sign-ups? How can one participate in a battle? Sign-ups are much shorter due to the limits a character has with pre-determined stats and inventories. They’re all similar to rentals, in short. Character availability varies between each battle. (from 5 up to low teens) The available field other than username and character chosen: are stat variations (will be now referred to as Boon and Bane in this and the sign-up topic.) Boons and Bane are a simple +Boon and -Bane format based on the corresponding stat. For example: This raises the character’s HP by x1.1 and lowers the character’s STR by x0.9. If you want a neutral variation, write “Neutral” for both fields. 3. How will dialogue be handled in this roleplay? Roleplay is based on a third-person limited point of view. Players are only allowed dialogue for their player unit while the GM controls NPC and enemy units. All actions done in the map must be bolded. 4. How will maps be handled and detailed? I’m yet using another spreadsheet to handle maps. I’m currently not a very good digital artist, so the terrain detail is limited to color coding, but sprites will luckily be present. Chess-based coordinates are in use. 5. What does the game master do during a battle other than dialogue for enemies and NPC? The game master (that’s me) will detail battle calculations, turns, phases, etc. If a battle’s objectives are completely fulfilled, an objective’s failure causes a player loss, or all the player units are killed in battle, I’ll detail results and notify players of upcoming battles (It might take from a day to a week to prepare.) 6. How do the canon Fire Emblem characters experience foreign worlds and their characters? If a Fire Emblem character such as Chrom has, in physical form (they used dialogue once), appeared in an officially-sanctioned crossover featuring the enemy or NPC units from that piece of work, they have knowledge of that work in question. Robin may know about Meta Knight, but he will only have a blind experience of something like Middle-Earth, where he’ll scratch his head at the concept of hobbits. Characters further gain knowledge about other worlds every time they go into battle. I don’t have much left to say at this moment so I’ll leave the story leading up to the first battle here (it’s Pokémon themed). If you have any further questions about the roleplay, I’ll do my best to answer them.
  18. Hi, This is the creator of this RP, to any lovely spectators: 1) Are you enjoying this RP 2) Are you rooting for a particular character/who is your favorite character 3) Would you watch a ufotable adaptation of this :p 4) Wanna place bets on who a certain servant who hasn't been revealed yet is etc. 5) Who do you think will win the War? Just so you guys know this RP is very much meta, we as role players only know as much as our characters, to keep it as authentic as possible Ah well, signing off! :)
  19. They stared at Cinyr as he walked through the town square. Women were huddling in their children saying, "Don't get near that boy, he's a Manakete." Cindy tried to ignore all the harsh looks and words he was receiving. "It'll be OK," he thought. "This war will end soon enough...I hope."
  20. Here's the general story: After the events of Awakening, Grima's banishment creates unrest in the race of the Manaketes, making them start to degenerate because of their unconstrained power. Few Manaketes remain sane like Nowi, but all hope seems to be lost. A group called the Resistance try to assemble the taguel to support them. Of course, this species is extremely endangered. Now the landscape is ridden with fallen Manaketes, and fallen soldiers. Because of this, the general public considers dragons to be traitors and monsters, (YOU ABANDONED YOUR FAMILY AND HOSHIDO!) so the remaining Manaketes are discriminated. As a member of the resistance, you must ensure your own safety, and the Manakete's. Character sheet: Name: (Last name is optional and not required) Gender: Class: Age: Appearance: Personality: My character: Name: Cinyr Gender: Male Class: Manakete Age: 600 Appearance: A very young-looking boy with elf-like ears and black hair. He wears a gold headband that resembles leaves. He has bright blue eyes and pale skin. He wears a dark purple scarf and a black shirt that is ripped in some places. He has ragged grey pants and elf-like boots. His dragon form is the same as Nowi's, but is purple instead of greenish-blue. Personality: Although acting very young and childish in contrast to his age, Cinyr can act very serious and foreboding at times. He is very naive and curious, which often gets him into bad situations. Roleplay link:
  21. Hello everyone. Today, I bring to you an RP. Of course, its not on here, its on this Discord channel I had set up a while back. Here's the plot: The gods once had peace, the nation of Paragon flourished with life, and everything was well... until the corruption. In the depths of the Chaos Realm, the ultimate evil slowly slipped out and poisoned some of the gods, thus throwing the land into a war zone. Death was everywhere, and the light was bound to die... but the arrival of the light heroes had arrived to stop the war between gods. This RP is a D&D and Fire Emblem mix. You know, basic dice rolling and huge story telling. We accept One Liners and Literate people to join us. So, we do not mind having stats from other games, as long as there is no god modding or max stats at beginning. We are looking for people who can commit to being active and can get along with folks. Of course, in this server, we have video game discussions, a general chat, and more to be added. You can be a custom or a canon character. https://discord.gg/JukNcuy This is the link to the server. NOTE: To get admin role, you must be committed, help others out, show respect, all the things that good admins would do. If you would like to join, you must put your character's info and stat info in the channel labeled Background. We will be starting next week. You can be multiple characters but it isn't required. We don't have a set limit of people yet, so expect spots to be limited in the future. Thank you for cooperation. - Erren
  22. So topic. I've recently been part of a discord server dedicated to roleplaying and I must say that it's a great experience. Then I remembered how the community here also has an active roleplay community and thought that it might be a good idea to make one for SF. We could create our own lore, factions, and generally have a good time. Before I go through with it though, I want your opinions. Would you be interested in joining a RP-dedicated Discord server and if you do, what would you want to be in it? For clarification, I'm not talking about a server to discuss existing RPs but a seperate roleplay contained within the server.
  23. This is an RP I've been trying to launch for a long time now (and by 'long time', I mean a couple of months). Anyway, this is an interest check to see if anyone's willing to participate as well as a poll since I've whipped up two settings I'm willing to play. Also, this will be a narrative-focused RP so no stats or levels or weapon triangles. (But there will be equipment, classes and a ton of references to other Fire Emblem games) Western Setting "The continent of Arcadia. A land diverse in race but equally tempered in hardship from disaster and tragedy, whether they be natural or unnatural. However, the greatest hardship the Arcadians faced was when the natural decided to do something unnatural. Gaia, the goddess the Arcadians revered as the deity of nature, convinced the mages of the Moon Kingdom to summon her so she could bring boon, bounty and abundance to Arcadia. Unfortunately for the continent, Gaia did none of those. Instead, she immediately leveled her host kingdom and slaughtered most of its citizens with her power and her elemental constructs. The goddess then unleashed numerous nature spirits who then possessed the bodies and skeletons of the dead, making them mindless thralls of Gaia. The goddess then marched eastward with her undead throng, destroying everything in their path. Neither man, nor woman, nor child, nor animal, nor plant were spared from Gaia's fury. It was then when three powers, The Concilium, The Grand Kingdom of Gleivnir and Riberia, formed a mighty alliance to stand against the tide. It was called the League of Arcadia and they waged a long and bloody war against the deity of nature. No heroes or heroines were recorded for there were many who scored significant victories and died heroic deaths. All that was recorded was that the races of Arcadia were firmly united during this hardship. In time, the League managed to push Gaia's forces back to her lair, the remains of the Moon Kingdom, and banish her from the the mortal plane. Many lives were lost and many tears were shed during the war but the Arcadians learned a valuable lesson: That together, they are powerful enough to take on gods. A prosperous peace followed. As the time went by, however, incident upon incident started chipping away at the harmony. Now, the Dwarven Kingdoms, a minor ally during the War of Gaia, are being beset by the growing numbers of bandits and brigands from Riberia, now known as Varjo after a successful rebellion. And the Dwarves are not the type to easily forgive. MAP (Political) The League of Arcadia [spoiler=The Concilium] "Ahhh... The Concilium. A great confederation between small kingdoms to strengthen themselves. Archanea, Barensia, Magi Val, Jugdrali, Tellius, Ereb. These kingdoms were once small, prone to raids and invasion from bigger nations. No longer when their kings and queens came together in the sacred Mount Prism. No longer will their soldiers be crushed easily. No longer will their people fear for their lives every day. No longer will they be dismissed as insignificant tiny countries. No, they are powerful now and they will gladly challenge any who would think so otherwise. But alliances rarely last forever. Differences and ever-increasing feuds between the kingdoms have began chipping at the Concilium's foundations. Will these cracks be fixed? Or will it grow and end this great and vital fellowship?" Other Info - Part of the League Of Arcadia, an alliance formed against the goddess Gaia and her elementals and undead. While that war occurred ages ago, the League decided to stay together long after. - Ruled by the Council of Royals, a gathering of Kings/Queens of The Concilium kingdoms to discuss which laws to enact and what The Concilium should do regarding matters of national importance. - Troops are mostly made out of Fire Emblem classes - Players start in this faction. - I'll leave the royalty and culture of the kingdoms to the players so they have leeway over their characters and do some worldbuilding. If not or if they're done, I'll fill it myself. [spoiler=Grand Kingdom of Gleivnir] "The Gleivnir Kingdom. It was once just a modest kingdom but with a formidable military power and a formidable hierarchy. Nobles rode on steeds and glorified and showered with gifts while the those less fortunate in birth and boon, were left to pick up the leftovers after their Lords and Dukes and Counts. It had been this way since time immemorial until King Wilmgard ascended the throne a few years ago with a haul of changes with him. The nobles heavily objected to these changes in tactics and culture and these grievances was met with a dare from the King himself. If they could conquer an infamous bandit fort with their tactics then he shall let things be and even give compensation for his error for all the nobles of Gleivnir. And so the nobles rode for Wayland Keep, intent on proving their King wrong and quite confident since they outnumbered the vagabonds there five-to-one. Much to their surprise but not to King Wilmgard and those with more sensible heads, the nobles' huge armies were effectively and decisively repulsed. The King's opposition was no more. That little move pulled by Wilmgard is controversial to this day but no one could deny the improving conditions of Gleivnir, progression of technology and its slow but steady expansion into previously remote lands." Other Info - Part of the League Of Arcadia, an alliance formed against the goddess Gaia and her elementals and undead. While that war occurred ages ago, the League decided to stay together long after. - Currently ruled by King Wilmgard along with his second wife Queen Algiery who may have more than human blood running in her veins. - Inspired by Knights in the Nightmare (if you know what that is) - Players cannot come from here [spoiler=Varjo] "Varjo, the fallen kingdom. Generations ago, Varjo was known as Riberia, a kingdom of knowledge and magic and magical knowledge. Many mages and sorcerers consider visiting Riberia an obligation. A pilgrimage of sorts. And with good reason, the magic kingdom has many academies and libraries that can teach an old sage a thing or two. The greatest of which is The Library of Arcadia, a library as big as a palace that is supported by a village. All of these are run by the Chercheurs who, strangely, value technology more than magic. However, everything changed when House Caldeyron led a sudden and quick rebellion against the royal family and successfully overthrew them. The new ruler then changed Riberia and everything it stood for. First, the kingdom was renamed to Varjo. Secondly, the libraries and academies of knowledge and magic were torn down and replaced with blacksmiths and barracks. Thirdly, he concentrated the kingdom's wealth to the capital and left the outlying villages, towns and cities impoverished. When the people began complaining, the new king's newly-outfitted armies quickly put them down with extreme prejudice. Not even the Chercheurs could stand against the Caldeyrons' wrath and were forced to flee from Arcadia itself. The reign of the Caldeyrons soon changed the nation's culture from the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom to the pursuit of bloodshed and slaughter. Roving bandits and brigands filled the Razelian countryside, forcing the many towns and villages to form their own militias who could defend against banditry and also do some banditry themselves to support the hometown. All of Arcadia mourned for Riberia's passing and Varjo's membership in the League is now being questioned by many. Still, also a great many point out that Varjo's ferocious warriors have been a great help dealing with any stray undead and feral monsters." Other Info - Part of the League Of Arcadia, an alliance formed against the goddess Gaia and her elementals and undead. While that war occurred ages ago, the League decided to stay together long after. - Currently ruled by Joshua Caldeyron and his sister Queen, Leyanne Caldeyron (not married though) - Inspired by Chaos from Warhammer Fantasy - Players cannot come from here The Others [spoiler=Dwarves] Dwarves are a proud folk who are quick to temper and easy to offend, with a love of gems, gold and other precious metals. They are short, generally no taller than five-and-a-half foot in height but are broad with powerful arms and stout legs. Dwarves are master craftsmen who have invented steam engines and gunpowder weaponry. Much of this learning has come from eons of carving out their homes in the mountains; the strongholds under Arcadia's Edges were undisputable wonders of the world - massive underground cities known as ‘Holds’, and in the lower levels great industrial centres in the form of smelteries, forges and mine works digging ever deeper into the roots of the mountains. Dwarves do not call upon Magic in the same way as the humans of Arcadia. To them, magic is a tangible thing, something that can be worked into axes, stone or even cannonballs. This is rune magic and Runeforgers, the masters of the art, are adept at creating arcane devices and weapons of great power. Other Info - Non-playable race - Inspired by the Dwarves of Warhammer and LOTR [spoiler=Moon Kingdom] The Moon Kingdom is located south of the Dwarven regions separated by a huge but passable mountain range called the Great Divide. The kingdom is known for its fondness for the Moon and also as the source of the tragedy of summoning Gaia into Arcadia. When the war ended, the Moon Kingdom was left to rebuild itself. But rebuild they did and it has mostly returned to its former glory, even if it is no longer a magical kingdom that rivaled Riberia. Something that was okay for the Moon people. After all, it was magic that brought forth Gaia. While the new royalty and official law has no qualm with magic, it was now the culture of the Moon Kingdom to refrain from magic. Thus, only a select few are mages in the Kingdom of the Moon, most of whom are in the esteemed Lot Order. Now, the kingdom focused more on technology like the Dwarves, creating some sort of fellowship between them. Helping on that end is one Lot Knight who is the pillar of breakthrough upon breakthrough. The Moon Kingdom has then progressed into a society radically different from Arcadia in practically most aspects. Other Info: - Players cannot come from here. - Has Napoleonic Era military mixed with Medieval. - Ruled by Queen Bethany Vinderion, a frail royal but firm and courageous. Also a Taguel Eastern Setting "The great island of Iapana. Not as large as a continent but its history is just as colorful. After all, humans are not the only ones who live in Iapana. Yokai and Ayakashi and Mamono and Mononoke also live in the huge island. Their relationship with the humans vary. Sometimes, down to the individual. However, Iapana is not free from conflict. The most prestigious and influential family in Iapana, the Oja, always had problems with the succession of its heads. The worst was when a full-fledge civil war occurred that encompassed most of Iapana. It was only stopped when a powerful figure laid waste to both belligerents and went on to become the First Emperor of Iapana, laying down rules of his succession so that the mistakes of the Oja are not repeated: The Emperor or Empress can only have one legitimate child to succeed him or her. If there is another and his or her blood is undeniable, the Emperor's power is nullified and power will be given back to the Oja. The rules are not foolproof but the reign of the Emperors is too young for the flaws to be exploited. But the succession crisis is not the only conflict that is plaguing Iapana's people. The First Emperor had enlisted the aid of Iapana's holy Ryus and the sacred Inari, both of whom are the subjects of worship in Iapana since time immemorial. Their influence increased exponentially thanks to the First Emperor but their days of glory and greatness swiftly turned to days of suspicion and schemes. Both the faiths started suspecting each other of conspiracy and both the faiths began having ambitions of being the one true faith in Iapana. And that is not all, from the north are ships of savage bandits and brigands that raid and harass the northern towns and villages. No one knows who they are or where they came from but everyone agrees that they are a problem. The priority of the problem, however, is a different story. Now Empress Yue reigns, a ruler not as powerful nor as assertive as the previous Emperors. The Oja have risen back to prominence and while this is concerting for the Empress, it seems the family is still plagued by the problems that brought its downfall. Adding to that is the worsening feud between the Inari and the Ryu and the increasing boldness of the northern raiders." MAP [spoiler=Oja Clan] "The Oja were great, once. They could be great again. Educated, urbane, sophisticated and worldly, they were consummate courtiers and scholars. They ruled most of Iapana, either directly or indirectly. All of that power slowly slipped away from the family after the death of Tarrant Oja who, against tradition, named his second son heir. Since then the family divided and then quarrelled as to who would really become the head of the Oja Clan, and the quarrels became virtually open warfare that enveloped most of Iapana. The last civil war was stopped by the First Emperor who, surprisingly, spared them and made them swore not to have such a conflict ever again. There was no curse or guard that would prevent this though and so the Oja flourished and had dreams of becoming rulers of Iapana once more. Unfortunately, the succession problems the plagued the Oja once more. The lack of a curse against such matters apparently proved to be more damaging to the family than to the Emperor." [spoiler=The Fox] "The Inari are one of the major forces that assisted the First Emperor in defeating the Oja. Their strengths lie in their guile, espionage and clever magics. Sophisticated, cunning and ruthless, the Inari concoct schemes and plots against those who oppose them. After the Oja have been defeated, it seems the Ryus have taken this role despite their alliance during the First Emperor's reign." Other Info - Has access to Kitsune troops which can either be shapeshifters or just plain fighters who are more physically stronger than humans. - More sneakier and proficient in magic than the Ryus [spoiler=The Dragon] "The Ryus are one of the major forces that assisted the First Emperor in defeating the Oja. Their strengths lie in their prowess in combat, physical superiority and stalwart bravery. The Ryus are proud warriors. Their Shirohebi servants are unrivalled in their skills in battle, outstripping others in physical attributes. Perhaps they lack the political and magical powers of their Inari rivals, but the Ryus more than make up for this by being an iron fist in a fistfight." Other Info - Has access to Shirohebi, creatures human in the upper body but a snow white snake for the bottom half. They are servants and troops of the draconic Ryus and are more physically stronger than humans and Kitsunes. - More sturdier and proficient in close combat than the Inari ~~~~~~~TECHNICAL STUFF~~~~~~ RULES [spoiler=Character Sheet] Appearance: (Picture or prose, it matters not. 24. Uh... Hello everyone. I'm not sure what to type here. XD One thing you must know about me is that I'm a vore lover. Not quite a vorephile, no no no, don't get me wrong there. I just find it fun to roleplay. Make fun aof me and harrass me for it all you want, but I'm sadly used to it. People have gone so far as to tell me to kill myself for liking it, even. Why am I not on Eka's Portal, a forum made for vore RPs? Because everyone there likes it as a sex thing. I just RP it for fun. I just find it interesting. But enough about that, I am a huge fan of Fire Emblem: Fates. I enjoy roleplaying, as mentioned earlier. Even though I am a girl, I enjoy playing as Laslow, Niles, and Saizo the most, though I am practicing Charlotte a bit. I am willing to take a crack at playing anyone, though. I love to do RPs over PM or email! PM me if you're interested in an RP, I love all sorts of roleplays. I can also give my email over PM as well. I am also a shameless shipper. XD I am even willing to RP with boy/boy and girl/girl pairings. Other fandoms I am in are Pokemon, Hetalia, and Danganronpa. Nice to meet you guys, and I hope to see you guys in my PM box for roleplays! EDIT: Also, where do you go to request RPs, anyway? Is there a place for that here?
  25. Welcome! For the past eight months, a close friend and I have created and fleshed a complete retelling of the Revelation route for Fire Emblem Fates. We loved the game and everything it provided, however certain aspects of the game seemed to fall short, especially when it came to the history of Hoshido and Nohr as well as the overall pacing for the main game. We wish to open our project to all Fire Emblem fan's and their original characters, and see if we can widen the depth of our story with the help of new faces and minds.
