  1. Ok so people complain that THE STYLE EDITING BUTTONS and stuff aren't available on mobile. I've explained many times and I plan on making this the last time so HAVE A TUTORIAL MATES. Note: I'm going to explain stuff I find most common. Things I don't see a ton (like fonts that are not default I can't think of examples lol) I'm not explaining because 1. I never see it outside certain few people's posts and 2. I forget how to do them myself because they're so rare and I'm on mobile rn so. LESSON I: BASICS So, how this works is we're going to wrap our text in tags. These tags are very simple and pretty easy to remember. I'm going to use code tags to show you what they look like when typing posts, like so [tag]stuff I will tell you[/tag] As can be seen, the text is surrounded by [tag] and [/tag]. Tag is not a real tag, however. the text that replaces "tag" indicates what it does. The "/" indicates the tag is a closing tag. LESSON II: BOLD, UNDERLINE, ITALICS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY STRIKETHROUGH. So, this stuff, probably the most common bits of formatting in existence, as well as the easiest tags. Here they are: [b]BOLD[/b] [i]ITALICS[/i] [u]UNDERLINE[/u] [s]STRIKETHROUGH[/s] BOLD ITALICS UNDERLINE STRIKETHROUGH Note: For some reason (I really have no idea why) Underline tags don't always work. It depends on what you are posting from. LESSON III: COLOR, HIGHLIGHTING, AND SIZE Ah color, it beautifies posts. Size lets you emphasize headings. So handy, right? [color=#008000]GREEN TEXT[/color] [background=#ffff00]I THINK THIS IS HIGHLIGHTED YELLOW[/background] [size=8]BIG TEXT[/size] GREEN TEXT I THINK THIS IS HIGHLIGHTED YELLOW BIG TEXT I know what you're thinking. But Glac, I want a color besides green/a highlight besides yellow! Never fear, THAT my friends, is why we love google. Search "HTML color codes" to find the six digit codes for almost any color you can think of. Replace the "008000" or "ffff00" with the code to change to whatever you want. Standards: Color = 282828 Background = ffffff Size = 4 LESSON IV: OTHER RANDOM STUFF Here I will put the rest of what pops to mind [img=http://i.imgur.com/GoN4RcQ.png] (no hotlinks pls) [url=https://serenesforest.net/forums/]THIS WILL LEAD TO SERENES FOREST DOT NET FORUMS[/url] THIS WILL LEAD TO SERENES FOREST DOT NET FORUMS [spoiler]MEOW put spoilers in here MEOW[/spoiler] [hr] just a horizantal line like what I used elsewhere in this post [list][*]BULLETED[/*] [*]LIST[/*][/list] BULLETED LIST [list=1][*]NUMBERED[/*] [*]LIST[/*][/list] NUMBERED LIST [acronym=I like cats]hover over this to see[/acronym] hover over this to see [font=times new roman]text[/font] text [center]in da middle text[/center] in da middle text [right]to da right text[/right] to da right text asdf[sup]superscript[/sup] jkl;[sub]subscript[/sub] asdfsuperscript jkl;subscript LESSON V: WHAT THIS HOPED TO ACCOMPLISH
  2. Hi everybody, is there a kind of overview which BBCode tags work in this forum? I know some formatting tags like bold, underlined, italics and spoiler are working, but [table] doesn't work for some reason.
