General Base Stats HP: 34 / 38 / 41 Atk: 32 / 35 / 38 Spd: 23 / 26 / 30 Def: 13 / 17 / 20 Res: 29 / 32 / 35 Julia has an Atk and Res focused stat line, with middling HP (for a mage) and low Spd and Def. She comes with the Naga tome, which deals effective damage to breath users and provides a slight Def and Res bump when attacked. It can be evolved into Divine Naga through the Weapon Refinery, trading the Def/Res boost for the ability to negate all enemy buffs. Her Res allows her to effectively use Ploys, and her high Atk allows her to KO or deal heavy chip damage to many of the meta's threats. Unfortunately, Julia suffers from low Spd and Def stats. Without a -breaker or significant Spd-stacking, she is unlikely to be doubling many enemies for ORKOs. She is also doubled easily, which makes it especially dangerous for her to be in the range of a physical foe on the enemy phase.
