  1. I've watched a fair amount of standup, usually while doing homework, haven't really seen it talked about much here, figured I might as well throw a thread about it out there So just to get the ball rolling, I'm gonna recommend something I watched just yesterday, actually, two sets from Daniel Sloss that are on Netflix, just released a couple days ago. Very dark, but very sincere in spite of that (think like, old Bill Burr routines, but focused on a central metaphor), its the only time I can think of where something has made me laugh and cry so hard within the same hour.
  2. Okay, don't get the wrong idea, this isn't where people say their own Entirely different posts, basically, this is where I'll archive my entirely different posts, and this'll be where i post my new ones, and I'm hoping to do the same with the Ripoff thread in the future, so without further ado, Coco is entirely different from The Book Of Life! Coco has a mexican boy traveling to Hell to find his grandma, The Book Of Life has a spanish man travel to hell to find his wife, Coco is for spysassins ONLY, The Book Of Life is not for the feint of heart, Coco has a villain, The Book Of Life doesn't, Coco is named after a food, The Book Of Life is literally the polar opposite of Death Note, and finally, Coco was a financial success, but The Book Of Life wasn't!
  3. The general FE1 hacking thread

Post anything you do with fe1 hacking here(except finding unused stuff, that belong here) um , i managed to make a custom map , if that's cool maybe making a tutorial about that soon(™)
  4. "Un-Optimization" Thread

We have an Optimization Thread, but I'm itching to see the opposite of that. What is the worst way to employ a character? Which pairings kill a child's potential? In essence, what are some things a player should avoid (from a gameplay perspective)? For instance, I'm finding that Hinata/Felicia is a huge miss, in that Hisame completely wastes Felicia's Mag and ends up with mediocre stats.
  5. I re-made this thread because my previous one--just by the title--doesn't exactly feel like it "plants my flag", or so to speak. With this title, you know I will be making progress with my translations. I will make an effort to get at least one video out a day. It takes me a few to several hours to make one 10-20 minute video, so please forgive me if I miss out on a day. If all goes well I may be able to push out two, but that's not in any way a guarantee. Editing in all this text is a stroke and making sure they're good translations that gets the essential meaning across takes a little extra time.. Please excuse me if I double/triple/etc. post as I keep you guys updated. I'll try and keep it to a minimal, though. And without further ado... ---- Neutral (0-5) Chapters: "Chapter 0" Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 Chapter 4 Chapter 5 Hoshido (6-27) Chapters: Chapter 6 Chapter 7 Chapter 8 Chapter 9 Chapter 10 Chapter 11 Chapter 12 Chapter 13 Chapter 14 Chapter 15 Chapter 16 Chapter 17 Chapter 18 Chapter 19 Chapter 20 Chapter 21 Chapter 22 Chapter 23 Chapter 24 Chapter 25 Chapter 26 Chapter 27 Nohr (6-27) Chapters: Chapter 6 Chapter 7 Chapter 8 Chapter 9 Chapter 10 Chapter 11 Chapter 12 Chapter 13 Chapter 14 Chapter 15 Chapter 16 Chapter 17 Chapter 18 Chapter 19 Chapter 20 Chapter 21 Chapter 22 Chapter 23 Chapter 24 Chapter 25 Chapter 26 Chapter 27 "Aqua" (6-?) 6. Bored

So I will state my opinion of whoever chooses to post in this thread. If you care enough about my opinion to try I probably like you.
  7. So after reading the character descriptions from this LP (near the bottom of the page), I decided to try my hand at doing something similar myself, only with FE13... because I was bored and had nothing better to do. I was only bored enough to do descriptions for the Gen Wunderkins, apparently. I probably think the descriptions are more witty and clever than they actually are (and some of them I don't even get anymore), but that's how it goes when you have an overinflated ego (which is why I made these thread because that ego was cruising for a bruising). Also Euklyd helped me with 99% of these, so props. Anyways, keep in mind that the descriptions are not entirely serious (although I'd like to think that they're fairly accurate :3), so don't feel offended if your favorite character didn't get the optimal description (and more importantly, don't spend pages arguing about it here). That being said, if there's anything you feel that can be changed or improved (or you just don't get a description, feel free to mention it (or just leave your general comments, that works too).
