Hello, I wanted to go over a topic of discussion while doing a playthrough of FE8. The topic of discussion is the word, Casual, and the implications and applications that can come from it. It seems to me that the immediate ideas that come up when this word is used is to conjure feelings of defamation and negativity. More or less used as an insult but there are other ways to use it that are neutral or positive such as the phrase "Casual LTC" or simply "Casual playthrough. In Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones especially it seems to be the former as it's generally regarded as the easiest or one of the easier of all the games. However, what do you think of the word and how you you apply and use it. Playthrough link:

I mean on the one hand I've kinda lost hope in humanity already (for more legitimate reasons) but on the other hand I'm curious just how bad things can get. -
My brother got Skylanders Trap Team for Christmas and is excited about it. He needed the light and dark traps though so I took a look at how much they're going for. Looking around and the lowest price I can seem to find them for is $40. The regular retail price of the trap figures is $6. I made jokes about "scalplanders" before but... ;>__>

I shall ask for some little help: you see, there are some threads that I could no longer be interested to participate, yet they constantly reappear in this list of mine: As you can see, quite silly willy topics that I wish they could never, ever reappear in there. And yet they do, visually interfering among others that I could be more interested. So: In short? Hellos. Recently I've taken an obsession interest with collecting all of the DLC items and Holiday items from non-US games. I think we can all agree that FE13 was somewhat enjoyable, but there's always something that someone would've done differently if they had the know how. I for one would make the subtitles different within confessions for when you have the Japanese voice set, because anyone who understands Japanese here would know that what they're saying isn't what the subtitles say. i would also change the spotpass characters to actually look like who they're suppose to look, and I would probably change the multilayer around a bit. There are some things I can let sly, like voice acting, but I wouldn't be mad if the game was fully voiced, but then you have the problem with the avatar's name, but that can always be worked around like Persona.

The Fire Emblem series has it's powerful moments, are there any points within games that just hit you right in the feels? One right of the top of my head, and I mention it because it's really recent, and spoilers because Awakening spoilers Or FE4 at the end of Generation 1 FE7 Those are some just of the top of my head, what about you?
