They'll try to balance that out with the second, staff-only vote... though judging by how those contests tend to go, I'd be surprised if there were 10 entries. Since only the top 30% get selected, that'll probably mean a choice between the 2 more popular banners. For now, I'm just hoping Jyo has a plan to deal with mules.
