You're not required to post in or even look at it. You can play stupid in fftf (and no, since you and Lyle don't seem to get it from your actions today, that's not the general board). Honestly, regardless of whether or not the forum is capable of serious discussion or not, the arguments against the board are simply pathetic. It's not like it's some revolutionary idea, it was one that was had been going for some time before the wipe, and I certainly didn't see people like you complaining about it then. It makes me think that the reason why it's not being implemented is because it's something that evil Blacken and his fellow antagonists want, especially because of the current issues, something Jyo's post proved. Well, from a longtime lurker on both FESS and here, unknown to both "sides," if you want to take away something that can only improve the forum, go right ahead. I'll make a point of bringing it up personally for discussion with the rest of the staff in the next day or two. Unfortunately, it's not a given that every intelligent suggestion that appears in this forum is automatically debated over in the staff board. (This needs to change. I commend Fox for trying to take initiative of that over the last few days.) However, understand that there are more pressing maters that need to be dealt with at the moment, such as replacing staff members and settling the community, so be patient. It actually was brought up privately, believe it or not, and several moderators weighed in on the situation. One of the big problems with this staff however is that even when consensuses are reached, they aren't always acted on. And when things come to a deadlock, they fall off the table. This is what we're trying to change, and part of what is being currently discussed. Admittedly, we are not a proactive staff, and that needs to be fixed so we can serve the community better.
