The fact Kiryn gets low numbers often is not a negative for Kelas herself. You're also arguing your own guy against someone else. What you're not counting is bow utility and that she can carry around people on a horse. Helios could too, but he's a jackass who doesn't share his horse. This tier list isn't only for fighting, you know, it's for all around usefulness. Kelas is, by a longshot, more useful to the group than Helios.
