This is a Choose Someone Else's Role game for 15 players, using a gimmick I nabbed from elsewhere on the internet (pretty sure it originates on SomethingAwful, whatever who cares).

Rules:

- I'm the mod and my word is final. Don't do anything that you expect will annoy me, even if it's not in the rules. This includes looking for loopholes.

- No Outside Contact, keep the talking to the game thread unless your role allows otherwise.

- Don't directly intefere with the game if you're dead or not playing - if you're going to talk to other players or post in-thread I expect everything you say to have no game relevance whatsoever. Also, do not talk about the game to other players (dead or living) while deceased unless both of you have received a link to the graveyard quicktopic. The graveyard will contain a list of players who have access to it in the OP.

- Don't directly quote communications with the mod unless given permission. This includes your Role PM.

- Going 24 hours without a post nets you a prod. Going 48 hours without a post or receiving too many prods is likely to result in a modkill.

- Don't screenshot things.

- Don't use Special Snowflake Fonts or Text Colors.

- Don't edit your posts.

- Don't post after hammer.

- If you get yourself modkilled, you lose the game and your alignment may be subject to further punishment to circumvent any advantage your death could result in.

- Have good integrity. This includes not being a dick.

- Play to win.

Mechanics:

- Night talk is allowed on Night 1 only.

- Day 1 start, killing actions may not be used during this time. Players may not speak at night unless their role allows otherwise.

- 72 hour days, 24 hour nights.

- Majority is required to lynch. Lack of majority results in a No Lynch the first time, and a universal loss the second.

- You will be told whether your action failed or not, but not what caused it to fail (as a general note, this accounts for stuff like roleblocker / safeguard / etc., a kill attempt that failed because the target was doc'd will still be considered successful)

- Killing roles get infinite no-kills

- You will be told if your action was redirected

- LYLO and MYLO are not announced.

Set-up Info:

- All players are on the player list.

- Players may use the NK and an ability in the same night.

- At the start of the game, all 14 roles are set, but unassigned. After the Day 1 lynch target flips, twilight will start and the lynchee will pick another player and assign them a role from the List of Copy Abilities. That player will then assign a different player a role, and so on until everyone has a role. Each role may only be assigned once. Role assignment is to be done openly in thread, but people are not allowed to post anything other than role assignments during the twilight phase.

- If your role PM doesn't say you can self-target, you can't.

- There are no Jesters in this game.

List of Copy Abilities:

- Tornado Kirby, Cop / Doctor - May pick between a sane cop scan and a doctor protect each night. Maybe not self-target.

- Wheel Kirby, Tracker

- Ice, Jailkeeper

- Clean, Empowerer - May target a player, guaranteeing their action a success (past roleblocks, safeguards, whatever)

- Mirror, Middleman - May target two players, rendering them incapable of targeting eachother that night

- Crash, Vigilante - Public dayvig, 1-shot. If a player is a threat to the town, they may not use this ability to win instantly.

- Ninja, Ninja / Sneak - May target a player at night to make them also a ninja for a night

- Fighter, Macho Insomniac

- Metal, Ascetic - May still be targeted by nightkills

- Sleep, Hated Townie - Remains active in LYLO

- UFO, Governor - May prepare ability for the following day once in the game. During that day, UFO Kirby may ##Lynch a player to instantly end the day in their lynch.

- Mix, mystery roles #1, #2 and #3! Who knows what these could be??? Certainly not me.

this is wrong btw i forgot to remove it

to be clear, everybody starts with no abilities aside from their factional ones, until they receive a role through the assigning process.
