She is one of the very few units in GBA FE who actually get completely different animations for crits as opposed to windup + attack which is nearly everything else except Hero. I wouldn't be surprised if he suddenly just decided to whirl out if sight. Personally, I like Lyn's animation in her base class. Nice and flashy, but not overly so.
