I'm using rev7 instead of rev4, and I don't see any option related to MarisaB lasers in the ini.The desync is likely because you're not using the glitch-free MarisaB. MarisaB glitch fix is on rev4, and does not have an entry on the rev7 ini file. If rev7 has everything that rev4 has, then you can probably add that line on the rev7 ini file, but I can confirm that the glitch gets fixed if you use the rev4 vpatch.
