Garcia has good offense (massive STR, ATT supports, Axes and great CRIT) and massive durability (Massive HP and good AVO). He also joins as a great unit. Ross sucks balls earlygame. He'll start doubling by chapter 5, and that's only those Soldiers. He never really become better than Garcia. Perhaps at the very end of the game he'll have a very small lead over Garcia. What does Ross has that Garcia doesn't? Good promotion class of course. Ross suck balls in the early game? Have you forgotten what we're talking about or something? This is FE8 for god sakes. I said he sucks, which means it doesn't matter how hard the game is, because he sucks. Plus, earlygame is the hardest part of the game, and he sucks in that part.
