To be fair, generally none of the shot types except ReimuA are really considered for anything because the difference in damage output between ReimuA and everything else is massive. She matches MarisaA at 7+ Power, where the damage output if you never bomb is literally the only thing she has going for her lol. Unlike all the other shot types, however, ReimuC actually brings a lot to the table and is thus perfectly usable if you can deal with the fact that bosses have a gazillion HP compared to your damage output.
