Kriemhild Posted April 10, 2016 Share Posted April 10, 2016 The way a draw works in Diplomacy is that all remaining nations decide on which set of nations will be considered as the victor. If all nations agree, then it is accepted as the outcome of the game. It is not uncommon for a nation to agree to a draw while they're not part of the winning set, like if they feel that their defeat is inevitable and it's pointless to continue fighting. But of course, if even just one living nation does not agree to such a draw, then it doesn't go through.
