PROLOGUE - 2/2 TURNS

Corn is a +HP/-res Cavalier

CHAPTER 1 - 4/6 TURNS

Beat up Xander without the healing tile, thanks +HP (although I think +def works too?)

CHAPTER 2 - 3/9 TURNS

Went up the right side, Gunter whacked Kaze and Jakob finished, Corn killed a chump. Jakob killed a couple samurais on EP and weakened Rinkah, and Corn finished Rinkah while Jakob killed the last Oni Savage.

CHAPTER 3 - 5/14 TURNS

man, this boss sucks. Used Gunter's Aura to help with hitrates a bit.

CHAPTER 4 - 7/21 TURNS

Moved Kaze/Rinkah ahead with Kaze's + move pairup and Kaze beat up a bunch of dudes on turn 2/3. Used DragonVein on turn 4, gave Kaze to Corn so she'd double (some) of the Faceless. The boss attacked Rinkah, and was killed by Kaze on turn 5. Dropped Kaze in range of the stupid guy on the mountain on turn 7 and him + Corn attack stance did the trick.

CHAPTER 5 - 4/25 TURNS

Had to forfeit the bosskill because Ryoma was a chump and missed too much. Kaze needed to hang back in Sakura's Aura because he died to the Wyrmslayer + Thunder but such is life. Corn killed the two mercs on the right, and Kaze was danced on t2 to kill the wyrmslayer/thunder guy while luring the next two mages. Corn fought the boss on turn 4 and he suicided on Ryoma, who helped out by killing a mage on the last turn.

CHAPTER 6 - 1/26 TURNS

Killed Leo with Takumi + Kaze, Rinkah + Jakob + Corn killed the fighter, and Hinoka + Corn killed the cavalier.

Ryoma obviously killed Xander.

Bought a Heart Seal and swapped Jakob to Great Knight.

CHAPTER 7 - 8/34 TURNS

Man, the cavalier's AI is so dumb, could have 6 turned if they actually aggro'd. They don't even attack if you stand next to them. Also reclassing Jakob should probably be banned, he's totally ridiculous.

Hana paired up with Jakob and they attack the dude choking the point, while everyone else moved ahead. Kaze cleared the archer out of the way, and got Danced and Corn killed the other archer allowing Jakob to run through and deal with the other paired up enemies. Jakob/Hana went to the boss, Kaze went for the chest and Corn killed the rando Outlaw that spawned. Sakura healed and stuff.

PAROLOGUE 1 - 5/39 TURNS

Jakob and Hana went left, and Kaze and Corn went south. Sakura and Azura followed the south group and did their thing.

Bought a rescue staff because Sakura was in the Rod shop. Thanks discount.

CHAPTER 8 - 5/44 TURNS

Sakura used the dragon veins on turn 1 and 2 being kept safe by Hana and Corn. Kaze + Jakob ran north and got danced further ahead, where he killed almost everything with the steel shuriken. He got the boss while Hana and Corn got the dudes on the left.

Somehow Hana and Sakura got the MVP's? Wut.

CHAPTER 9 - 6/50 TURNS

Kaze ran north and killed everything with Jakob support, they branched off on turn 4 so Jakob could kill an outlaw. Hana and MU stayed around the start, Hana ORKO'd cavaliers which was nice. Ass sama and Sakura healed I guess.

CHAPTER 10 - 6/56 TURNS

Kaze and Jakob went north, then Ass Sama rescued Azura ahead to dance them so Jakob could OHKO the priest near the boss and allow Kaze to kill the boss. Hinata, Hana and Corn did well in routing the bottom half of the map before reinforcements showed up.

Prologue: 2/2 Turns

Chapter 1: 4/6 Turns

+HP or +Def can save a turn here, but they give up a possible +Mag or +Str asset for later on in the game. I think +HP is slightly better because enemies sometimes will ignore if you have too much Defense.

Chapter 2: 3/9 Turns

I went left and since a +Str level up lets the Avatar 1RKO the oni savage with Gunter support. Rinkah gets debuffed on EP as Kaze's group moves closer. Turn 3 starts with Jakob 2RKO'ing Rinkah and the Avatar 1RKO'ing Kaze with Gunter. Old dude's in FE are always amazing since the rest of the samurai die on EP to Jakob/Gunter.

Chapter 3: 5/14 Turns

Standard stuff except I managed to crit the boss on Turn 4 EP leaving an action open for Jakob to get an extra kill. He left at Lv3.80 (not bad)

Chapter 4: 6/20 Turns

Rinkah is seriously the MVP of this map. She can distract the boss on the EP where you level the center mountain while Corn and Kaze sneak by him to force it into attacking Ryoma.

Turn 1: Corrin visits the village, Kaze pairs up with Rinkah, Rinkah moves 2L3U and separates herself onto the mountain.

Turn 2: Corrin activates the DV point, Kaze pairs up with Rinkah, Rinkah moves 4U2L to Kaze lead, Kaze kills the Faceless standing below him. (Kaze at 12HP)

Turn 3: Kaze switches to Rinkah lead and waits in place, Corrin moves 4U1L and takes Kaze so he can finish off the faceless (Kaze levels up for Ch5)

Turn 4: (Ryoma should be 1UL from Rinkah? Probably not necessary) Corrin activates the center DV point. Rinkah moves 2U1L.

Turn 5: Faceless movement can be random here, but make sure Corrin can reach the DV point next turn. Corrin moves forward and trades/uses the vulnerary. Rinkah moves 4R.

Turn 6: Corrin should be injured enough to pull the enemy on the left and activates the last DV point. I had a Dual Guard set up here so I didn't need to dodge. Ryoma and Hinoka clean up.

Chapter 5: 4/24 Turns

The strategy for this map was reliable up until Turn 4 where Ryoma needed to be alive as I killed the boss. I think I reset over Ryoma dying more than Kaze actually dying since he was needed to 1HKO a reinforcement.

Chapter 6: 1/25 Turns

MU and Jakob pairup to weaken the starting fighter for Rinkah (I'm totally getting Shove, somehow) and get refreshed to take out Leo after Hinoka aura. I block off the bridge with Takumi as Xander suicides on Ryoma on EP. I'm pretty sure on Lunatic Xander runs for Elise and won't target you if he's injured, which would require rigging a crit or using up Hinoka and Azura's move to get Takumi across.

edit: Oh Horace, the cavaliers at the end of the map in Ch7 don't move until Turn 10 or something. It's really dumb. lol

Yeah, the worst part is they won't even attack if you wait next to them, stupid chumps.

CHAPTER 11 6/62 TURNS

Promoted Kaze mid chapter to Mechanist so he'd have the movement to reach some enemies. Hana took out the northeast, Hinata the southeast, and Kaze + Jakob more or less did the rest.

CHAPTER 12 - 6/68 TURNS

This chapter is PRETTY DUMB without a flier, more inscentive for the chapter 4 units to not be free, imo. Although I guess you could theoretically have a flier if you don't seal Jakob, it's just not worth it in the long run.

Kaze ran Sakura to the dragon vein on turn 3 and I set it up so she'd have a dual guard so she'd only eat one attack. Xander came over and was scary and almost killed Hinata.

CHAPTER 13 - 6/74 TURNS

Used the Heart Seal on turn 1 to change Corn to a Cavalier. Jakob and Ass Sama went right to get villages/kill chumps down there, and eventually went north to Hammer the general up there. Corn lured Camilla and eventually helped Jakob kill Hans and the thwomp squad to the northeast. Hinata, Hana and Kaze got the last thwomp squad, with help from the dragon vein, Azura, and the armourslayer.

CHAPTER 14 - 4/78 TURNS

I've decuded Ryoma definately doesn't need to be free, lol.

Ass sama reclassed to stoner archer, Corn promoted to Paladin. Kaze ate an energy drop so he'd ORKO Paladins.

Sakura rescued Jakob + Hana ahead to kill a thwomp, and Azura danced Kaze + Corn ahead so they were in javelin range on Benny (needed to kill the bow dude because he'd attack Azura and she was already attacked by a cavalier). Jakob killed Charlotte on turn 2, allowing Kaze to run through and eventually switch to Corn for the bosskill on turn 4. Jakob killed the paladins with the droppable weapons, and everyone else fought random dudes that chased after them.

Just kind of ran in and killed everything. Got the Goddess Icon Chest with Hana because I could, I guess.

CHAPTER 17 - 3/89 TURNS

Chapter 7: 7/32 Turns

Reclassed Jakob to Paladin, gave him Azura's bronze lance, gave him a HP/Def/Str/Spd Tonic and Rinkah a Str tonic.

The only notable thing about this strategy was the opening few turns and breaking through the enemy pairups. Jakob dropped Rinkah as Azura transferred MU and refreshed Jakob so he could 2HKO the fighter. Jakob kills the leftover Outlaw and RINKAH murders an outlaw behind the pairup so Jakob could keep moving after a refresh. Jakob and Rinkah killed the cavaliers as MU finished up the middle portion of the map.

Chapter 7x: 5/37 Turns

Jakob with Azura pairup moves through the map clockwise while everyone else moves left, Saizo gains a few levels since he's a crucial unit. I'm hoping to recruit Shigure before the mid to lategame so I can have a Rescue staff user. Reclassed Reina will have to do if I can't find ways to get Jakob and Azura support points.

Jakob and Azura reach C support.

Chapter 8: 5/42 Turns

Jakob and Saizou run up the middle of the map. I had to use Azura to get MU to the DV point on Turn 1. I couldn't DV the second point until Turn 3, but Saizou cleared most of the mages and weakened a few enemies for Silas and Mozumeme. Jakob and Saizou kill the boss and priestess while the rest of the units mop up the pairup enemies and remaining priestess. Oh yeah, I recruited Hinoka on Turn 3 because she moved beside the 2nd DV point. She and her group cleared out and let Mozume grind a bit on the Oni chasing them.

Chapter 9: 5/47 Turns

Turn 1 was kind of tricky killing the right amount of enemies and setting up for Saizou/Jakob to reach the middle formation in the map. Silas and Rinkah stick around the start so they can clear up the enemies. MU with Azura follows behind Jakob so I can refresh people forward after mopping up a few remaining stationary enemies. Jakob can 1RKO the boss after the mages were cleared out by Saizou and the armor was killed by MU.

Mozume is still Lv2 so I doubt she's going to be remaining relevant for very long. lol

Chapter 10: 5/52 Turns

This map had another tricky Turn 1. MU, Silas, and Rinkah have to kill a few starting enemies and I have to make sure Azura can refresh Jakob far enough without exposing her. Jakob with Saizou AtS 1RKO most of the enemies in the middle as they continue moving forward (I had to rig the Steel yumi dude to miss so Jakob could heal to full HP for the next EP. Jakob and Saizou continue to move forward through the map as the chump brigade picks up their scraps. I had to skip the Rescue staff but Saizou got the bosskill and actually has a conversation after he kills the boss. I manage to kill the cleric in the top corner and the last enemy dies to Rinkah (who's actually mildly competent).

Chapter 11: 5/57 Turns

Praise Reina!

Jakob/Saizou get refreshed and move forward to the top middle portion of the boat, Silas and Rinkah move north and MU hangs out at the start to recruit the incoming Reina. Reina joins and she gets refreshed and Mozu passed to her, she moves west and uses a Def tonic. MU, Silas, and Rinkah are set up waiting for reinforcements. Jakob and Saizou continue moving forward and killing everything, the two Kinshi Warrior's are actually 2RKO'ed but fed to Saizou. Reina kills the bottom left portion and Saizou continues mopping up the top left corner (engaged the boss on Turn 4) for a 5 Turn.

Chapter 12: 2/59 Turns

Reina simply just flew MU to the escape point as everyone else frantically attempted at killing as many enemies at the starting point as possible (which wasn't very many because of the starting positions). I managed to collect the Hammer and 3K gold.

Chapter 13: 5/64 Turns

Jakob and Saizou get refreshed to kill the first general and most enemies on the left bridge. Everyone else heads to the right and collect most of the villages since I couldn't finish everything (2nd general and the archers near Hans) off on Turn 4. Reina kills Hana pretty safely with an Iron yumi forge. I also reclassed MU to Wyvern Rider on Turn 1 with a convoy warp.

Chapter 14: 3/67 Turns

Jakob moves forward, Saizou carries Azura so she can transfer him and refresh Jakob forward. Silas uses Shelter on Azura, Saizou kills Benny with the Sting Shuriken as Reina, Scarlet, MU follow along. Charlotte died on EP so the path is clear for Reina to transfer Azura to Saizou, who drops Azura forward in the empty fort. Next turn Saizou gets refresed with Scarlet pairup and he kills the boss.

It's funny that I set up to fight stuff on EP, but the boss moved first and ended the map before I could kill anything else.

Chapter 15: 2/69 Turns

I used AtS off of Beast Killer Scarlet to remove the starting enemies as I moved Reina+Saizou northwest, Crimson north, and MU west. Used the DV point with Azura the next turn so after I got into position everything dealt minimal damage and I landed the 1RKO's on the promoted enemies.

Chapter 16: 6/75 Turns

I hate the mages at the top corner of this map. MU promoted to Malig Knight for this map and with Saizou pairup ran through the map. The opening turns at the start were really tricky because everyone in the chump brigade is weak to magic. I would have landed a 5 turn had the mages on the turrets move to attack me, as they weren't dealing damage with the turret but could have with their tomes. Oh well.

Chapter 17: 2/77 Turns

RINKAH LEGIT SAVING A TURN

I was prepared to go for the 3 turn, but I wanted to try seeing what Shove would do if I moved a unit passed the enemy spawning trigger line with it. Turns out Shove does nothing to the line and you can freely fly over to Flora as she's the only enemy on the map. lol

I reclassed Reina to Falcoknight so she could use Rescue on MU+Saizou to get into position to get shoved. After a short transfer chain I managed to get Scarlet to fly Rinkah to shove MU a tile closer. Saizou bodies Flora at 2 range and I managed to end the map with Flora as the only enemy. Too bad I missed out on some EXP and the gold, but I just found it hilarious that Rinkah lets you 2 turn this map.

Chapter 18: 1/78 Turns

Double refresh Reina and MU so they can collect the Horse Spirit tome from Odin and land the bosskill. Lv2 Archer Mozu got a kill here because lol and I topped off Silas' level for a promotion next map.

Is there somewhere where it lists the reinforcement triggers somewhere? Or do you just have it memorized now. Decided not to do Midori's chapter. Izana showed up though! Yay.

CHAPTER 19 - 5/95 TURNS

Kaze, Azura, Sakura and Ass Sama went up the left side, and with one rescue use, managed to kill the general and annoyingly tanky spear dude by turn 5. Izana solo'd the right side with Jakob support.

CHAPTER 20 - 2/97 TURNS

Boss doesn't have Shurikenbreaker! Fear the Ass Sama. Got the spy's shuriken, maybe it'll do something.

CHAPTER 21 - 2/99 TURNS

Reclassed Sakura to Falcoknight and gave her two arms scrolls for the Bolt Naginata. With some rescue and Sheltering from Jakob Azura could dance and be safe. Sakura nearly ORKO'd the boss, but a dual guard was set up to protect her.

CHAPTER 22 - 2/101 TURNS

wew, barely enough units to do this. Kaze went north out of range of the berserkers. He killed all the maids on the enemy phase, then killed Shura. Ass sama went left and killed the axe dudes and bow dude there with the dual shuriken, Hana kill all the axe dudes with the Axe Splitter on the right, then killed the bow dude that attacked, and Sakura paired up with Hinata, got danced and killed the enemies on the right side alley. Corn and Jakob killed the turret dudes, and Calamity Gate!Izana solo'd the bottom.

CHAPTER 23 - 5/106 TURNS

I blame Selena/Beruka for being paired up. Mayyyybe could have 4 turned otherwise. Reclassed Shura to Mechanist. Kaze needs one more level to be able to clone himself.

I didn't work on the draft today because I was going through Luna Conquest to check a few benchmarks and positioning for a few maps I think I make improvements on.

The trigger line in Ch17 is a vertical line on the starting side of the lake. The line goes directly down starting from the Avatar's position. What's silly is that you can force a Rescue staffed unit into that spot and still trigger the Reinforcements, but if you shove someone onto it you don't. A Birthright LTC with a full team will probably need to use Rinkah, Oboro, and Oni!Hinata to save a few rescue charges by making it easier to double/triple refresh units further out.

Yeah I probably should have reclassed HInata when I had the chance so he could do, uh, something.

I'm done for today, but i'll probably finish up tomorrow, I don't see Kaze and Ass sama having too much trouble ending the next few maps and they'll be able to clone themselves (along with their kids) for a button of units which probably won't actually help a whole lot but WORTH IT. I think banning Jakob and Corrin from reclassing (until a certain chapter anyway) should probably be standard, Jakob completely invalidates all early units except in the Desert chapter to some extent. Forging probably needs to go, although honestly i've only forged one iron shuriken and used it all game, but it's more it's not really required and it just makes good units better, your bad units aren't going to be using the forges.

I think the rest of the rules are pretty sound though. Chapter 4/5 would be pretty annoying without free units. Got a better feel for what units are actually useful too. Hana was ok but not second round material, Hinata was AWFUL and USELESS (idk why I didn't pick Reina) and Ass Sama was hilariously pretty good, and the apothecary skill that buffs tonics is pretty neat. Izana's been surprisingly useful too what with the rainbowsage tower and having decent enough 1-2 range

Did Misame's Paralogue, to get Ass Sama and Kaze to level 15, then did Midori's Paralogue, which got Ass Sama/Sakura S ranked, and got his kid.

Used the Power of Replicate!Misama to kill the boss with her superior movement to kill the boss (She's a Kinshi Knight, since offspring seal gave her Bow Rank)

A few things that I'm changing in the future

A) Chapter 2 Felicia/Jakob may not use heart seals before Chapter 15. They may not use Friendship/Partner Seals, we don't want replicates running around in like chapter 15 or something, that's just silly. Jakob still fills the Jeiganish role well enough as a butler without invalidating early dudes like Subaki.

B) Corn may only be an unmounted class. You can choose other talents (like you can choose wyvern and S Rank Rinkah for Wyvern Rinkah if you want or something) but Corn can't be a mounted class.

C) I already mentioned this in the other thread, but no forging.

This might result in Silas being pretty OP, but he's pretty slow for a while and a lot of the maps are rout maps. We'll see.

Ch.19 5/83 Turns

MU with Lunge and Malig Knight's 1-2 range combat made this map really nice for movement without needing a Rescue charge. The top room gave me some trouble with the bulkier enemies so MU and Saizo took an extra turn clearing stuff out. Reina with the Bolt Naginata is really nice at killing enemies left behind from MU's rampage.

Ch.20 1/84 Turns

Lunged an enemy through the wall with MU and killed the boss on EP with a Dragon Fang proc. Ended up skipping everything in the map, but lunging through the wall was too amusing to pass up.

Ch.21 2/86 Turns

Reina used a Rescue charge for the MU bosskill as everyone else was attempting to grab as much EXP as possible.

Ch.22 2/88 Turns

Did a bunch of paralogues because Saizo and MU reached S rank and Rinkah/Silas S ranked forever ago. Kana promotes and gets reclassed to Mechanist in addition to an Arms Scroll for an Iron forge. Asugi promotes to Master Ninja and both help out with the rout. MU and Saizo/Paladin pairup go north, Reina takes on the bottom, and Kana/Asugi go West and East respectively.

Ch.23 3/91 Turns

Double refreshed MU and Reina on the other side of the alleyway so Reina could Rescue MU forward. Positioning was tricky because Camilla destroys the stalls and exposes Azura to a Paladin, but thanks to Rinkah's Shove I can do the second refresh out of range. Asugi+Scarlet head north from the start and Saizo kills the Wyvern Lord in the middle of the river. MU reaches Selena's range on Turn 2 and every else goes on cleaning duty.

Ch.24 1/92 Turns

Rescue Staff and gg. I collected the gold and the Wyrmslayer for some extra tonics.

Ch.25 2/94 Turns

Cleared out the starting position with a bunch of my effective weaponry and set up a double refresh so MU reaches close to the top staircase. Reina after a shove can reach MU with Azura in tow so I can barely reach Iago for the bosskill with Saizo.

Ch.26 1/95 Turns

RIP Xander. Asugi and Saizo collected some useless EXP because why not?

Ch.27 2/97 Turns

This map is pretty ridiculous but Reina, MU, Saizo, and Asugi with Paladin pairup made it more bearable. The bosskill is always stupid, but MU and Saizo took him down.

Endgame 1/98 Turns

This boss is such a joke after Garon and his goon squad.

Thoughts on the team:

Corrin with Wyvern reclass becomes incredibly dumb in the midgame. You're forced into their base class for awhile, but if you were to do a srs LTC run you'd likely just My Room abuse so you can A+ Seal without needing the Heart Seal.

Jakob with an immediate Heart Seal is so dominant and obsoletes a lot of characters. Since starting this draft there's been a few rule set revisions and I think limiting his Heart seal use would be better than entirely doing away with his Cavalier line. Perhaps you should restrict him to reclassing until a specific chapter, or allow him to reclass freely through non-Avatar S ranking.

Silas was merely okay for the entire draft. This has mostly to do with Jakob being significantly better in the earlygame and him being meh as the game reaches into the lategame. He was nice to have as a 7-8Mov unit and the several Double refresh setups throughout the game.

Saizo was AMAZING. Saizo only requires a bit of a push in the earlygame and then his combat never stops being bad. His constant +1Mov boost to mounted units and good combat made it nice for people like Jakob/Silas/Scarlet to ferry around and help out in rout objectives. The only thing he might have against him are the super bulky enemies that he doesn't 1RKO, but meh.

Reina was so clutch for her versatility. As a Kinshi knight she was an erase button and could even take out armor knights after a yumi forge. I should have reclassed her earlier because I didn't get Azura S ranked she was my only Rescue staff user. I ended up finishing the draft with 2 Rescue staff charges left and I definitely could have used one in at least Ch16. She's criminally underrated right now so it's nice to get so much use out of her when most players don't even bat an eye at her.

Scarlet's such a great unit, but I didn't get too much use out of her combat. She was mostly around to fly people around and kill the occasional enemy. She definitely shined most in Ch15 where she 1HKO'ed everything she fought with the beastkiller.

Rinkah was surprising as a late pick. Her combat is passable after her personal skill is active and she gets a lot more use in an LTC setting after getting Shove.

Shigure didn't exist because Azura has like no time to build supports. For a past Conquest draft I would Shelter and fight on EP to build supports, but the situation wouldn't arise often and Azura ended up at B support with Jakob.

Mozu was useless, but after a reclass her pairup bonuses were nice. She doesn't get CQ!Ch10 to gain any EXP and she just falls behind too easily. She ended the draft at Lv9 so I missed out on the Kinshi promotion. lol
