Siegbert's relationship with Xander has issues, but you can see how sweet they are with each other and the term Papather is adorable. Meanwhile Shiro's relationship with Ryoma looks more rocky and while they really do love each other, but their relationship looks like a bit of a mess. Anyway I found Kiragi conversation with Oboro to be adorable and unsurprising the Kiragi and Takumi conversation is adorable too. Probably my bias speaking, but I liked it the best of the Kisaragi ones I've read so far. The other parent/child combinations are also mostly nice. Wat That and the predictable premise of the support (bad singer asks for advice from good singer mom) made it a disappointment for me. Maybe it's a cultural joke that needs to be localized? I like the dynamic of the child having talented parents, only to find out that they don't share any of their talents - which leads them to feeling incompetent. But in the end, it all comes down to hard work and perseverance since some skills just come more naturally to others. It's probably because I've felt that way throughout my life so I'm bias towards this hahaha But yeah, I've been in choir and stuff and I don't remember hearing anything about chopsticks and dumplings.
