Tactician Robin Posted April 6, 2016 Share Posted April 6, 2016 Well, from what I experienced from playing Fire Emblem, waiting for them to be level 20 gives them the maximum stat growth possible. However, this does not guarantee if the unit will be good, as it is based on luck on how many stats raise each level.
