I would have loved to when I was more active on this site. Nowadays I wouldn't mind, but then it would mean being more active rather than lurking so meh, not dying to get asked :P

With my mouth!

but seriously, what's this question asking? Is it the doneness?

Anyway, it depends on the quality of the meat. On high quality meat houses, i prefer medium rare. On other sorts of restaurants, i prefer medium.

If I don't trust the place that much or know that the person isn't good at cooking meats, then just give it to me well done lol.

i tend to prefer rarer beef, but the rarer the meat, the easier it is to mess it up.

I have beef in multiple types of cuts and various degrees of "cooked"

just keep arbys' "roast beef" away from me because that stuff actually makes me feel kind of sick when I eat it

Steak = medium rare
Roast = with horseradish and yorkshire pudding I guess
In sandwiches = preferably with bbq sauce
In burgers = with almost anything, but fave toppings being bacon, cheese, bbq sauce, teriyaki sauce, pineapple and avocado

I used to read books in bed, so, unintentionally yeah all the time. Not recently, though. In fact, they're a good way of keeping me awake on transit when I haven't had enough sleep...
