Should teenagers be tracking calories in the first place? Would like the assistance of a health specialist.

Not sure what is the best position on this. On one hand, hormones are all over the place and a youth's body is not fully developed. Yet on another, calorie counters can work for someone who is only 18. Would a 5'5, 132 lb 17.75 year old male be making the right choice in tracking? Also on another note, what would one's activity level (Sedentary, Lightly Active, Moderately Active, etc) be if I were to exercise every other day, or about 4x a week? Can someone accurately calculate my TDEE?

If you are worried, you should be talking to a doctor/nutrition specialist and not random strangers on the internet about this.
