Since the average number of pulls to get a 5-star is about 15, you'd have pulled 5 characters at 6%, 5 at 6.5%, and 5 at 7% on average, meaning the average 5-star rate is around 6.5%. To a pretty good approximation, your roster at a very, very large number of pulls should look similar to the rates when your pity bonus is at 0.5% (0.25% per 5-star pool).
