We got one for each color as seasonal units, limited-availability chances to get those flashy new unit types, and now recently we've gotten Morgan as our first regular summoning pool mage flier as a 5* exclusive. I think they're going to keep introducing more mage fliers, but keep them rare as long as they think they can squeeze money out of them. As long as it has a dedicated wealthy fan base (lots of whales), it should be fine. Having a dedicated wealthy fan base is not easy, but Fire Emblem has the advantage being old so it has built a large enough dedicated fan base by this point, and the young fans back then all grew up and are able to support the game and patronize the developers with their new found wealth. Valkyrie Crusade was released in 2013 I believe and it is still going strong today. I can imagine it lasting at least another 5 years. It is one of the best waifu game in its genre in my opinion, with only KanColle surpassing it in terms of popularity. I think KanColle was released at around the same time too. 5 years is not comparable to Fire Emblem's 20+ years of existence, but 5 years should be enough to establish a brand and reputation to attract and keep a good amount of whales. I played it for a few weeks when it came over State side, but I did not feel the urge to spend money on it since I have no nostalgia or any feelings attached to the waifus. My interest quickly waned since I was not getting enough new waifus to capture my attention. However, if I managed to stick with, I would have probably spend money on it eventually and probably get as absorbed into it as I am with Heroes. My second Celica! I can finally replace my +Res/-Atk now! (This one is +Res/-Def) Also my second free Celica summon. I can give Distant Def to someone now! (Maybe Triple DD +Res LA!Roy?) Tried the green orb to see if I could get the actual Echoes character in the focus- it was just a -Spd Raven. Oh well, now to wait for the trailers.
