I think it's mostly upgrade-only characters left. Might be an interesting side activity to level up those characters if you're bored ^^ For those who haven't figured it out, you can check the 5* stats when previewing an upgrade, even if you don't have enough badges and feathers. I also added a note to help with this: Upgrade-only characters: When upgrading a character (or viewing the upgrade preview), please remove the Fury/Life and Death skills. In addition, please note down the weapon equipped at the time of upgrade/posting their stats (not the 5* weapon you get later unless you actually have it). Given that his has 7 Spd and mine has 9 Spd, his definitely has -Spd IV while mine has +Spd IV. Mine also has either -HP or -ATK while his has +HP or +ATK from what I can tell.
