And while I haven't been posting about it, I've managed to stay in tier 20 and top 3k of for 3 weeks now. Finishing Peri and getting the last couple merges for Cordelia has given me a nice score boost. Fjorm as the bonus unit for the past couple weeks has been very helpful as well, in leiu of not getting 4th +10 going. Soleil merges refuse to show up and I don't really want to splurge the feathers on somebody else in the meantime. With Soleil on deck, this will be my team for the coming season. Not shown, but I also have dual rallies on everyone but Camilla.(it's really annoying to not keep at least 1 Reposition on somebody, and I don't think it changes my score range with 1 more anyway) I was going to give Atk Tactic to Camilla since Soleil carries Threaten Def, but now that Legault has it and will likely drop to 4*, I might spare my -spd Siegbert I was going to use and just try to wait a bit. Haha cool, yep that's me. I last had Serra on it on the first day of either this week or last week, I think. I have switched it up a few times in the past day. I think you found it only a little while after I set Micaiah on it. Normally I have Nowi there since I use my offense team. Did Micaiah or Caeda give you any trouble with your armors? I had to take a few seconds to make sure Micaiah wouldn’t just one-shot Hector. He’s a Berserk Armads/Wrath variant though, so after taking that he swept. I’m not sure what I would have done if Micaiah could pull off an OHKO. Probably something involving Azura fighting... I have a recording if you want to see it. I'm up to six copies of Gwendolyn with easily enough feathers to merge her up if I get the other five copies (assuming one is +Spd, too), but I feel like I'm not going to get that many for a while, since the gacha likes only spitting out one of her every 200-ish orbs or so. That's what I get for not paying attention. Thankfully I didn't have to redo my run this time, but at this rate I fear my time in tier 20 will be at its end by the time the next Fjorm bonus + water season cycle rolls around. I'm working on another merge project right now to potentially replace Narcian (!!) if push comes to shove, but boy it won't be pretty. I've decided on Raven for my green merge project, but unfortunately the only green unit I've been getting in any reasonable quantity lately has been Titania, and I'd rather avoid investing in cavalry for the purpose of arena scoring. Speaking of Narcian, he got a new toy to play around with courtesy of one of the three C!Chrom I pulled while hunting for Gunnthra and Raven merges (neither of which I got). Stayed in tier 20 and ended up with 3 defense wins. Had a lot of fun playing around with Merric's new weapon. In AA, I got a fabulous score of 5150, quit possibly one of the highest scores I've ever gotten, and it wasn't enough to stay in the top 3k. Probably because it was water season. Oh well. I did my best. Next season, I'll probably be running Legendary Ryoma as my bonus unit. Kind of hoping that we get another water season. XD I'm a little worried about the new blessing system... Teams faced (streak): Spoiler I'm not sure what the game was smoking when it gave me those five matches in a row, since I was running four 150-point Assists and a Horse mage (most of the other ones I got this week were mid-740s)...but I'll take it. Eirika & Co. had another successful outing, so I'm looking forward to Fjorm's next turn in the bonus rotation. I know it happened with Legendary Ephraim. He was the last Legendary Hero (other than Fjorm) that I used in the Arena. But I feel like the others have lined up as well... With 4,046 I ranked not even in top 8k anymore. A 5k score was perfectly good for top 5k some months ago. Somehow I'm hesitant to distribute all those hard earned blessings to my most used AA counters. Perhaps I should start building other 4 blessing teams, not sure if they work in AA though. Korath88 Posted June 12, 2018 Share Posted June 12, 2018 (edited) Info on new AA scoring system, which begins this week (last week used the old system, scores were just inflated for some reason) Using a hero with the corresponding blessing to the season adds +1 to your final score, for a maximum of +28. You can probably already see the new maximum on the top rankings. This also means that for those aiming to maximise score, your choice of units is now even more restricted.
