Going to Japan for a month, wondering where to buy individual cards

Hey everyone, 

I'm going to Japan for about a month in the end of May and I was wondering where I can purchase specific Cipher cards to bring back home. I'm going to be in Tokyo for about a week and Kyoto and Kyushu for the next two weeks. I'm specifically looking for Micaiah, Lucina, or Julia cards, but I'm also interested in getting Takumi or Klein as well. 

Are there any specific stores that sell them individually, or is it better to buy them in a pack? Also, feel free to suggest me some cool Fire Emblem themed things that I don't know about that are Japan-specific!

There are probably some people here who can suggest specific individual stores, but the FECipher official site also has a list of shops that sell Cipher cards that you can peruse here. Stores that actually bill themselves as "card shops" are most likely to sell singles, whereas toy stores or other generic shops won't.

If you're only looking for certain characters, you're best off buying singles. Of course, it might be fun to pick up some packs as well while you're there. You can tell which sets are from which games by looking at the pack art or you can do a bit of research on the SF Cipher wiki. Each set focuses on 1-3 games.

Which cities will you exactly be going to? I found quite a bit of Cipher both in Tokyo and Osaka, so those are the 2 that I know some good locations for.
