Also... How about reclassing Xander into a Sword Master and Ryoma into a Paladin via A+ support with each other? It could prove to be an interesting change in their usage. And while your at it, why not do something similar with some other siblings having them swap classes with their counterpart? If you wait until chapter 21 to get Asugi when you use the seal he comes with he should promote into master ninja, and instantly gain lethality. I don't know what's so OP about having two skills that are either very unlikely to activate (Lethality) or outright useless against the majority of enemies (Rend Heaven)...
