bookwormbabe29 Posted April 7, 2017 Share Posted April 7, 2017 So I've read the super helpful sticky topic on this. I've patched many a file before, so this didn't look that challenging. Only for reasons I cannot fathom, I can't get the ECM into BIN format. I keep coming back with numerous failures, from programs failing to even open or 'converting' the ECM file....into an ECM file. I've been at this for two hours, have tried over half a dozen different ways to do this, and I'm no closer than when I started. What in blazes makes this patch so much more complicated? Sigh. Deltre Posted April 7, 2017 Share Posted April 7, 2017 That's pretty strange. I'm not sure what program you're using, but I've never had a problem with ECMtools. Just drag the file onto the unecm command and you should be good. If that doesn't work, you might have a bad file. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
