Alm themes vs Celica themes

After god knows how many hours of listening to the wonderful themes of Echoes, which of the normal map and battle themes did you end up preferring?

I'd say…

FC: With Mila's Divine Protection (Celica 1)

3DS: What Lies at the End (Alm 2)

My favourite battle theme is the one you hear in Act 5.

What Lies At The End is one of the best map themes in the entire series so it wins for me. That said all of the other map themes in this game are spectacular too.

What can I say? I enjoy Celica's side more too.

That one was epic the first time I heard it, but it kinda got old for me as I kept on playing. It lacks the oomph of The Dauntless Blade, nor does it have the whimsical feel of A Blade on the Wind. It definitely fits the final battle, but I wish I could change it back afterwards.

Ditto here too. Celica's music is just more serene making it to my liking.

I love both first half themes.

I love Alm's second battle theme more because of the phase start piano.

As for Celica's second theme which was my favorite in Gaiden... it's a slight disappointment they made it sound similar to the Great Wall theme in Fates while making the last bit of it before the repeat less like the original.
