Earlier, I was wavering somewhat between joining Priscilla and Clarine, but even Clarine thinks people should join the ranks of Priscilla. Ah, the joys of only having one Elise to dump such skills on =P . iirc she needs +Spd, Hone, and Goad to get some of the faster, unbuffed swords (+Spd, Fury Ryoma comes to mind), but if you're running Peri, Reinhardt, Olwen, or really any blue horse I don't think that's a problem. She survives a weird amount of stuff with a full cav buffs & HP +3 Seal (-Res has 0 losses against neutral, unbuffed, no inheritance...and I think that number stays the same against +Atk, unbuffed, no inheritance; I could be wrong though). It's been a really long time since I ran those numbers though, and I mostly focused on +Atk/-Def, since that's what mine is. The true solution is Candlelight + Dazzling Staff for all the sparklies.
