Sounds like an Indian Hinduistic ritual... and no.

The person below me frequents Far From the Forest.

No, duhhh! I only go to Serious Discussion.

BtW, Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. It is mostly populated by Muslims, though there are some Hindus there.

The person below me has played a real-time strategy game.

Unless Ottokar is a time-traveling older version of myself, you are correct!

Ah. Well, I still have never been there before.

The person below me enjoys reading novels.

From time to time, yes. Whether if it's anything like Fahrenheit 451, or The Last Unicorn. It's admittedly not something I do often, but it's something I enjoy nonetheless.

The person below me has probably seen the original Star Trek pilot episode from it being aired on H&H on Sunday.

I have seen parts of the pilot for the original Star Trek. Instead of Captain Kirk, the main character was Pike. Spock was the only person from the pilot to be on the show. The story was that some aliens kidnapped the captain, so Pike must explain what humanity is, and the purpose of  their mission.

The person below me does not like mashed potatoes.

Depends on your definition of "humanoid." If you describe a human as a "featherless biped," then no, I am not a plucked chicken.

The person below didn't understand what I was slightly referencing before they looked it up.
