Then I went against Lance with a Kingdra packing Draco Meteor and a Mamoswine. :D Well, as I said, the big issue is the rarity of Dragon moves, among other things (like the lack of good grinding spots in Johto - the one I can think of isn't accessible until AFTER you've beaten her - thanks a bunch, Gamefreak).
